I havbe wrestling practice for 2 and half hours everday except sunday and I need to lose 10 pounds what do i eat and how before I lose the weight and will I lose much muscle?

Your going to lose weight just give it time, and as for your diet, make it high protein moderate carb, and lift mon, wed, fridays, or else your going to start losing strength

yeah my wreslting practices are 2 and a half hours 6 days a week. I normally supplement with Glutamine before practice and after with a protein shake. It helps to keep you from eating ur muscle in a sense. Prolab's Glutamine is pretty good!
