Swim practice started today. Are there any methods you guys use for sports to help you keep your weight? I have a hard time gaing weight in the first place, and I think alot of swimming will really tear me down.

Just eat some more clean food. Gotta eat enough cals to maintain.

Im a swimmer also! Its easy to maintain in swimming, just eat properly. What are you times? What stroke?

My season for swim is coming up to, and I'm trying to bulk up for it. I will mostly be doing back or fly and possibly IMs. No recents times after polo yet. What position did you play? Shoot me a PM about your program and what your doing? I could use some tips. Thanks
