Dude I am eating baked cheetos, sun chips, low fat, "sugar free" cheescake. Cheerios...etc.

More than ever I realize how much simply finding numbers that fit you idealy is what matters most.

Now that I am older I have a much slower metabolism. So what I am taking will probably not be enough for you. I weigh 184 mind you. LOL

I say 300o is a good place to start, and see what happens from there. :)

adding in oats / brown rice / yams sweet potatoes on a cut are prefectly fine.. fit them into your macros for the day, and during a cut it may be more beneficial to consume them around your workouts when you be utilizing them most.

You can eat them, just have to monitor the amount you eat a little more carefully, also don't eat them 5 hours before bed unless you workout in the evening otherwise you won't use all the carbs and it'll turn to fat.
