Probably a visit to the Dr. is in order your hormone levels may have dropped, and there may be other causes as well. Have a checkup and make sure that everything is OK.

What did you have in mind for Testosterone Supps?. Find out what your levels are and if they are low maybe HRT with testosterone is warranted. My thinking is that Supplements will not raise low test levels although others may disagree.

Thanks Lukamar,

I appreciate the feedback on the sensitive subject.

Its madness. I really hate the PE...and the erections just aren't what they used to be......

...please tell me this is fixable :( ????

My gosh...where do we draw the line.

This kind of posting needs to be made on some med site.

Yea, this post really does lie in the gray area of content. I mean, this is an issue more prone to affect those over 35, he wants to know if there are sups for it, and I'd hate to see the flames if he were to post this in "MISC". Then again, we really don't want to see the cleanest forum on the site turn into a sex help line either.

As for the question(s)...

1st) There are no magic supplements or secret stash that bodybuilders have. Trust me, if there was a pill that could make every man an Italian, you would have heard about it already. What you are describing is a medical condition, and needs to be dealt with as such. Go talk to your doctor.

2nd) I have read some claims that nitricOxide (sp?) supplements (White Blood for example) can have some effect in fuller erections, due to their effect of increased blood flow. I have NO IDEA if those claims are valid or not, but if you don't mind blowing some cash to find out for yourself, BB.com has a lot of NO sups for sale. Might be worth a try.

ask this in the HRT section of the steriods forum for a better answer.

My take on this thread...

Both problems are very relevant to the aging male population. One thing about this part of the forum is that things are often looked at in a more serious manner than other places and I think that's why he posted here.

Males are just starting to openly ask these sorts of questions and personally I think that they should be allowed. If just one person asked a question that lead to them going to the Dr. and finding out they had an enlarged Prostrate then maybe it's worth it.

Would we even be having this conversation if a woman was asking advice because she found a lump in her breast or if someone else asked about having a pain in their chest while exercising. To me a disease is just a disease.

I might add that the poster has been a member since 2003 and although he is not a regular poster he hasn't asked "sensitive" questions in the past.

My 2c and I'll PM him with what I know.

Definitely get your hormone levels tested. More info on some alternatives is available here: www.thundersplace.org .

Damn, I thought one of the teens had wandered in here with a question about a problem he was having in gym class going by the thread title. That said, big bump to the hormone testing.

What is your diet like? Do you drink alcohol or smoke cancer sticks? Are you overweight at all? Lots of stress in your life? Are you turned on with your currenty partner? Too excited with your current partner?

Besides being overweight or a smoker or eating a bad diet all of which hurt your performance, you will want to check into HRT. Go to a specialist in male health (better than an endo or general practitioner doctor) to get your hormones, specificallly testosterone levels tested. I had intermittant E.D. and general mental and physical malaise, and since I started on testosterone replacement therapy I look and feel great and my libido and sexual performance are so much better than it was before.
