How much is too much smoked salmon, like its a pretty fatty fish-good fat but still..
is it ok to eat maybe around 100g of it a day?

Salmon is a very healthy fish to eat. The only thing I'd be concerned about is if it's farmed (all Atlantic salmon is farmed) - farmed salmon contains small amounts of anti-biotics and PCBs.

If it's wild Pacific salmon then feast away.

You are essentially asking how much salt is OK in a diet.

How much are you eating (salt)?

EDIT: Actually that's probably about right for EPH/DHA per day - 1g of combined EPH and DHA. You probably don't need to take fish oils as well.

The more the better.

The estimates for EPA/DHA are ridiculous IMO.

Evolutionary man ate between a 2/1 to 1/1 ratio of omega 6/3, and we have less need for the inflamatory properties now of omega 6, so if anything our intake of 03 should be higher.

Most people would have at least 15 grams of omega 6 per day, which implies at least 7.5 of omega 3, which very few would get.

+nitrates, most smoked salmon I've seen in grocery stores has sodium nitrite in it.
