hi 2 questions 10 is liver a good lean protein?
2 is cooking with bones in meat adding any fay, it adds colagen but what are the costs/benefits of that? also i know you can eat bone marrow i would like to try it but is it good or very fatty?

what kind of marrow? i could only find one type ont this site, but there are other sites.

I usually get meat off the bone, but maybe once a week or less I have a load of bones, which I boil for hours with veg, giving you a broth with quite a metallic taste. That gets you all the minerals out of the bones (the remains of which you remove from the broth before eating)

Ive eaten marrow from some of the larger bones before, its nice. I eat liver lots too, but im only comfortable eating pretty high-quality liver (or any meat for that matter)

liver would be organic, the marrow stats are crazy 97% fat that cant be right!
