well i need help dealing with cravings. i hear protein with each meal will help with craving habits. does anyone else have any suggestions? thank you.

Yes the protein will help,also eating every 2-3 hrs will do the trick.so your blood suger stays on a nice even level

Just remember that you have 100% control over insulin. Stay away from simple & starchy carbs unless directly after a workout. Try having protein & veggies at all meals (It takes discipline) . Have some fruit here and there (morning or post workout. ) Essential Fatty acids are also important.
