I have been looking at some threads and have come up with this PWO meal right after lifting. I was sick of just whey and water so I did:

.9 cup oats
1 scoop whey
1 med. banana
1.5 cup water (to drink)

501 cals/80carb/34pro/7fat

looks good, but .9 cup oats????? sounds a little anal to me :D i'd make it a full cup. ;)

heheh lol nice observation

to your qu tho, yeah that sounds like a fine PWO meal, you got the carbs high to replenish glycogen, you got your whey and high protein, lots of cals. sounds good to me!

I guess I did that because I read somewhere you dont want too much calories because then your body can digest it quickly, and i still wanted to get 80 carbs in. And there was no way for me to get less protein b/c i am not even going to try to measure fractions of a scoop from the why. ahahaha
