10 "Night Time" WHITE BLOOD Testers needed!

Controlled Labs is looking for 10 members who would like to test white blood at night before they go to bed as well as during the day with their creatine product. Each logger will get 2 bottles, one to use at night and one during the day.

Most people use White Blood together with Green Bulge or other creatine products pre-workout and it works great for that purpose, but there are additional potential benefits that could be achieved with a "night time" dose.

If you are interested in this opportunity, please post your relevant information in this thread. We will pick the testers based on many different criteria (testers will be picked by sunday evening at 8PM Eastern Time).

Please keep this thread on topic.

Thanks,

CONTROLLED LABS

I'd love to test this product.

I was a tester for MRM Metabolic Pump, and a beta tester for Superdrol when DS first made it.

I'm thorough, educated, experienced, I know my body, and I haven't cycled anything for quite awhile.

Please contact me if you need more information.

The potential benefits are substantial, but it would probably be best to let the logs / reviews speak for themselves. :)

when u sleep thats of course when ur body releases Test and GH, maybe NO in the system at that time would help more of it move to the muscles...

Question- Is this an entirely new product (White Blood PM) or are you just testing the results of people that take White Blood at night?

BTW, i already take white blood (preworkout as directed) and love it so i doubt im elligable to test. I find how Controlled Lab's interest to optimize supplement usage to be awesome. It is apparent on how closely they follow logs on their products and its even better when they give you feedback and let you know how much you are helping them.

Good luck on this test, it seems very interesting!

The only thing I see a problem with is that NO is a quick acting substance. Here is a study quoted by you in your second link.

When is the best time to take l-arginine ?

Following ingestion, L-arginine is absorbed from the lumen of the small intestine into the enterocytes. Absorption is efficient and occurs by an active transport mechanism. Some metabolism of L-arginine takes place in the enterocytes. L-arginine not metabolized in the enterocytes enters the portal circulation from whence it is transported to the liver, where again some portion of the amino acid is metabolized. L-arginine not metabolized in the liver enters the systemic circulation, where it is distributed to the various tissues of the body. L-arginine participates in various metabolic activities, including the production of proteins, D-glucose, glycogen, L-ornithine, urea, nitric oxide, L-glutamate, creatine, polyamines, L-proline, agmatin and tuftsin. L-arginine is eliminated by glomerular filtration and is almost completely reabsorbed by the renal tubules. L-arginine produces peak plasma levels approximately one to two hours after oral administration.

My understanding would be that taking NO before bed would help in recovery due to enhanced blood flow while sleeping- correct me if I am wrong.

Much more to it.... but the pharmacokinetics aren't a issue :)

How is that not an issue? I have no problem with you or CL but I am just confused in why taking NO before sleeping would have benefits besides increasing blood flow for recovery. If the peak plasma levels are 1-2 hours after intake, what could go on in those 8-10 hours of sleep a lifter could benefit from?

Edit: GH boosting? Is this the reason for the user's feedback?

Have lifted religiously since...currently weigh about 190 with BF at about 10%. Around this time, became very interested in the "bodybuilding" aspect as opposed to just recreational lifting. what could go on in those 8-10 hours of sleep a lifter could benefit from?

correct me if im wrong, but isnt that why they want 10 testers, to see what effect white blood has on the body when somone is asleep, now if we knew exactly what the effects were, i highly doubt they would give out this product for free.

The way i see it is that taking white bood at night before bedtime would have its greatest effects on the body durking REM (Rappid Eye Movement) sleep, because that is when the bodys hormone levels are the highest, and the effects this might have on the body are very interesting to say the least.

some of the problems that one may encounter tho is that

1) when your taking white blood at night you will have difficulty getting to sleep.

2) REM sleep occures in the last "few" hours of sleep, so if your ingesting white blood at bedtime, by the time REM sleep occures the nitric oxide levels would be low... But id love to test those theorys of what effect it would have on your body.. maybe even taking one dose in the middle of the night would ensure high levels of nitric oxide when REM sleep occures and hormone levels are the highest in the body.. but these are just my opinons!

Totally understandable... which is why we hope that this feedback will clear up some of the confusion. I'm bound by a confidentiality agreement, so in most cases I can't talk about specific mechanisms of action unless authorized... BUT I would suggest checking out some of the other ingredients in White Blood ;)

More importantly, I don't want to skew potential feedback with hypotheticals... the goal is to let the real world feedback speak for itself. I hope that makes sense.

I've seen some evidence that REM sleep may occur in "cycles" as well... with the first REM sleep cycle occuring 1-2 hours after falling asleep.

good point, and thats exactly why this should be interesting, altho REM sleep times and cycles do differ from person to person the overall possible benifit should still be realized!

I would like to apply as a tester.

I have been clean bulking(well, mostly clean;)) since late October and will continue through March, and maybe April. I started at 175, and I’m currently at 195. I'm shooting for 205 by the end of March. This would be a awesome opportunity for me to try out a great product that will quicken or amplify my results. I am very interested in seeing first hand it’s effects on stimulating GH production with that additional nighttime dosage.

I am currently into my first week on my Sytrax Swole v3 log. As of this coming Sunday, the log would last another 2-3 weeks depending upon if I up the dosage. So, the earliest that I could start the log would be 2 weeks from Monday, and the latest that I would start the log would be 3 weeks from Monday. If this scenario would be acceptable for you and Controlled Labs, I would love to log this product. I would gladly postpone my current supplementation plans in order to give this alternative dosing schedule a run.

You know what, f**k it, I wish I was bigger everywhere!

Long-term Goals:
To gain as much muscle mass as I can naturally and within reason. I believe that I would like to see what I look like at over 200 lbs., maybe about 210 lbs., with a 10% body fat. Then I would probably reassess things a bit, but I’m sure I’ll still want to continue past 220 lbs. This is a long ways away though and I might change my up my logic or reasoning, because for one I’ll have to get a whole new wardrobe, and that’s a lot of finely tailored suits that are going to go to waste.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
I take Propecia to combat hairloss – damn genetics again:mad:
I hardly drink, but once in a while (once a month) I’ll have a couple glass of wine or beers.
I smoke grass once in a while (****, look at my username:eek:, which was an old HS nickname), but haven’t in over 7 months, nor do I plan to for several more because of drug testing for employment.
So hitting the gym is the only high that I’m getting now and I’m lovin it.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): I was never a big lifter in high school, though I did lift to just "maintain." I haven't gotten into really trying to build mass and muscle untill I left for college back in September. Since then I have been lifting 4 to 5 days a week. I am a pretty active person. I love to play Baseball and I recently joined my college Tennis team.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Monday and Thursdays I work the same muscle groups, though not the same workout. That would be chest, shoulders and triceps. Then on Tuesdays and Fridays I do legs, back and biceps. Wed. is used at either a rest day or for an occaisional cardio/abs if i feel that Monday and Tuesday's lift didn't go to well. Weekends I rest. I do abs Mon, sometimes Wed. and Fridays.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Last semester (September through December) I would run close to three miles 3 to 4 times a week. Now I cut out almost all of my cardio just so I will be able to gain more weight.

I would like to take this time to say thank you for giving every member of this board the opportunity to test out a staple product of this nature. I feel that I am capable of doing this in a very sucessful manner for many reasons. Info below.

Age-18

Sex- Male

Height- 5`1 (Short) but wouldn't it be good to see the effects on someone as short as me? Im just short, no medical history to go along with it.

Weight- 181.5 Naked, first thing in the morning.

Water Weight- 57%

Bodyfat- 14%

Body Type- Endo/Meso

Training Experience- I started training at the early age of 13 years old. I lifted just about everyday when i first started off, but my freshman year of HS, i started going to bodybuilding competitions, talking to competitors and trainers. I learned the ropes so to say, and changed my routine around greatly, to 3 days on, 1 day off. About 6 months into my freshman year, is when i had a clean bulking diet directed twards me, which I took full force to. About a year from then, is when i started a true bulking cycle. Twards the end of my high school career, I got a really strict bulking diet which is the basis of my diet now. I do all the big lifts, Deadlift, squat and bench. I do all my lifts heavy, but never do any sort of powerlifting workouts, its always bodybuilding workouts. Over the years, i have incorporated many pyrimids and supersets, but learned myself that i do not respond to drop sets. I love training, and theres not one thing that could keep me away from it, the feeling of being in there is just amazing.

Cardio- I dont do much cardio, the most is around contest prep time. I do a 20 min cardio session 2 times a week, just to keep my heart strong.

Current Training Schedule:
Day 1- Quads, Hamstrings, Biceps, Calves
Day 2- Chest, Triceps, Rear Delts
Day 3- Back, Biceps, Calves
Day 4- Lateral and Frontal Delts, Triceps
I like to alternate every once in a while from 2 days on 1 day off, or 3 days on, 1 day off. They both seem to work pretty good. For quads, i stick to leg press and squats, hamestrings are stiff legged deads. Biceps are mostly barbell or preacher curls, chest is mainly presses which cable crossovers worked in once in a while. Triceps are mostly skullcrushers. Back i do lots of a deadlifts, and rows. Shoulders are mostly presses and raises.

Current Supplements
Multi Vitamin- 2 Tablets Daily
Vitamin C Tabs- 1gm daily
Vitamin E- 400 IU Daily
Zinc- 50mg Daily
Fish Oil- 8 caps daily
Weight Gainer Powder
Whey Protein Concentrate and 20/30 Blend as well as a Casin PM protein
Creatine Monohydrate with Dextrose and ALA

Current Diet
Right now i eat a very high, clean caloric bulking diet. I eat close to 4000 calories (remember im 5`1). I eat around 290-320gms protein/450-550gm carb/90gms fats. My protein sources are of course powder, Tuna, Chicken and steaks. All different types of red meats. My carbs are my red potatos, wheat bread, wheat pasta, veggies and others. My fats are from olive oil, flax seed oil, fish oils, milk, peanuts and others. I eat 8 meals a day, sometimes 9.

Daily Water Intake- Around a galon and a half. I drink a little over 1.5 liters while i lift.

Short Term Goal- Keep gaining size, weight, muscle, and to continously stay happy and possitive as i strive for sucess.

Long Term Goal- To become a national NPC Competitor, and obtain my pro card. If i dont suceed at that, my goal is to never end my career until i no i've done everything i can, and made the biggest impact on the sport as i possibly can do.

Drugs-
Medicine wise- Minocycline for a rash 8 or some years ago. Topical cream from derm for stretch marks. No rec drugs used ever. Im to a wall and obsessed about bodybuilding.

Supplement History-
No PRO-HORMONE History. No test boosters as well, although i wanted to try ZMA and or trib in the summer.
Whey Protein Isolate
Swole V.2
Phosphagen HP
MRI NO2
Body Fortress NO2
Universals GH Max
Power Jolt
Superpump 250
ON's Serious Mass
Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice
Might be missing some, but nothing major, just other creatines/protein

Product Reviews
I have not done any product reviews ever before on the internet, but i did do a product review for GNC, on there Creadrive, and i am almost done doing one with them for 17hd. I am more then willing to sit down, and write out full reviews for them if youd like to see them. If you did select me, i would be able to post progress pics of every day, for the full cycle if you'd like, along with a complete day journal of my workout routine, weights, bodyfat, waterweight, diet, sleep patterns etc. along with anything else you may want. Since i basically go to class, and lift, i have a lot of time on my hands to complete a review for you guys, and i promise you, it will be a straight forth review. I no my body, how it works, since i started very young. I think i am very capable of doing this, since of my size and height, being at the age i am, it might be a good way to see how teens of 18 years of age, can bennifit from it, which can boost sales for your company greatly. We hear how well PH's are for the 21 and over group, so maybe it would be good to see what somebody of my nature, can do with this supplement as PH's are not an option. Older people, have better things available to them, so it would only be fair to let someobody like me, to see new ways for us to acheive.

Progress Photo's- I will edit my post later tonight when im on my computer to post pictures of me. I am able to post and take pictures of me at anytime, on any day.

Before and Afer- Yes, i am very capable of posting before and after photo's, as well as week by week or day by day. Whatever you guys want. I am more then willing to do a complete review with as much visual aid as possible, since most people use pictures as more of a resource than words.

Disclaimer: I have read the terms above completely. I agree to them 100%. I do NOT have a medical condition. I do NOT feel that I MAY have a medical condition. I do not have symptoms of ANY medical condition. I promise to start my log / review the week of whenever you guys want, its totally up to you. If you guys are going to be willing to give somebody this opportunity, then they should be willing to work around your time, and this is something i am confident in doing.

Overall, i feel like i would be a great guy to conduct this experiment on, because i have lots of time, to do whatever your company wants, i am 18 year old teen, who can should the results for a teen, when 21 year olds have the opportunity to use PH's and we dont, and the fact of how short i am and my bodytype. It would be great to see the effects on a shorter person, compared to most other guys who will be doing it, will be tall. I have taken many anatomy classes, and health classes as im going to major in athletic training, so i no my body very well. Thank you for taking the time to read this post, and best of luck in your search for canidates. Thanks a lot.

Sincerely,
Mike

If you need anything else like contact info, you can PM me anytime. Pics below. Not best quaility because they were just a quick thing, but if i were to make a log, i would use my digital camera, in the same lighting set every time, with the same poses, Relaxed and flexed.

Started with High School football, went through college football and so on. Got fat and lazy after marriage, woke up about 5 years ago at 250+ and FAT - worked to get where I am now.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Currently doing a 4-day split as follows:

Monday - Chest/Shoulders (Push)
Tuesday - Back/Shoulders (Pull)
Thursday - Legs/Abs
Friday - Arms

I stick to generally a 3 sets of 6 reps protocol but mix some things up and try to center around compund lifts (Bench/Squat/Deadlift) - I have been considering a Bill Starr 5x5 as well.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): Not enough! I warm up every session with 10 minutes of light cardio and try for a couple of HIIT sessions a week (20 minutes) but don't always make it.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): I am finishing a test of SAN Attitude. Currently supplementing with Universal Shock Therapy pre-workout, a multivitamin, and protein supplementation to my diet.

I would like to apply as a tester.

I have been clean bulking(well, mostly clean;)) since late October and will continue through March, and maybe April. I started at 175, and Im currently at 195. I'm shooting for 205 by the end of March. This would be a awesome opportunity for me to try out a great product that will quicken or amplify my results. I am very interested in seeing first hand its effects on stimulating GH production with that additional nighttime dosage.

Squat: 315 x 7 reps , 335 x 3 reps (new PB as of Tuesday :D)
Deadlift: 345 x 8 reps

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Cardio? Who needs cardio? Just kidding. I currently do none since Im bulking, but plan to start moderate levels relatively soon as I begin my cut and to train for athletic competition(basketball and football leagues). Ill start with 1/2 hour of HIIT 3 times a week and work up from there. More than likely the HIIT will be sprinting.

Mostly consisting of lean meats, oats, Mueller's reduced carb pasta, Vermont Bread Company breads, yogurt, skim milk, natural peanut butter, fruits, veggies, and nuts. However, since Im on a bulk, I tend to deviate more often than if I was either cutting or maintaining.

Total fat 56

Current Daily water intake:
1 1/2 gallons

Current Goals:
To bulk up to 205 to 210 lbs. by spring, maintaining as close to my current body fat as possible. Then cut down to a sub 10% body fat level by the summer. I started at 175 lbs, at 13.2% body fat, in mid-October. Also, Id like to see a few specific body parts get bigger, mainly my chest, lats, quads, and biceps. You know what, f**k it, I wish I was bigger everywhere!

Long-term Goals:
To gain as much muscle mass as I can naturally and within reason. I believe that I would like to see what I look like at over 200 lbs., maybe about 210 lbs., with a 10% body fat. Then I would probably reassess things a bit, but Im sure Ill still want to continue past 220 lbs. This is a long ways away though and I might change my up my logic or reasoning, because for one Ill have to get a whole new wardrobe, and thats a lot of finely tailored suits that are going to go to waste.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
I take Propecia to combat hairloss damn genetics again:mad:
I hardly drink, but once in a while (once a month) Ill have a couple glass of wine or beers.
I smoke grass once in a while (****, look at my username:eek:, which was an old HS nickname), but havent in over 7 months, nor do I plan to for several more because of drug testing for employment.
So hitting the gym is the only high that Im getting now and Im lovin it.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): Weight training for 10 years on and off. Lately have been serious about getting cut as I always was about adding size.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I like to do a body part a day (with one day off per week), because I have found that personally when I combine two in the same day I never have that explosive energy to devote to the second body part. For example if I am doing back/bi's if I do back first, when it comes time to do some curls, my strength is gone. Not to mention my nervous system is shot, and my arms suffer for it. I will combine traps and shoulders, and calves and abs with everything, however. Also, I try to do legs the day before my off day, so I can limp around on my day off. Lastly I have found that shoulders can get overworked if done on a day before say biceps or chest or even lats so I try to do shoulder excercises the day before legs. Lastly, I do try to switch this up as much as possible to avoid my body becoming too accustomed to the routine.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): just recently discovered HIIT (thanks to these boards) and that **** works. Anyway, since I gain fat rather easily, lately I have been doing cardio nearly with every workout session, normally I would not do this, however, I have been pretty serious about cutting lately (and have been).

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Solgar Multi
Body Fortress Whey
Amp occasionally

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):Pretty clean, however, occasionally very dirty. Try to eat every few hours something small. Protein bars, whey shakes make up my between meal-meals. The basics, grilled chicken breasts, tuna, eggs, turkey, brown rice, whole wheat bread, natty pb, you know the drill...

Current Daily water intake: at least 2 liters per day

Short Term Goal: Get body fat as low as it has ever been withoput sacrificing too much mass. i know this will be a long process, because any quick loss will likely be muscle mass.

Long Term Goal: get to 8% bf and then add some LBM

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Been on and off creatine since the Phosphagen days. Multis, C, E, EFA, and zinc for a while now. Have been as high as 175 since those days (one fat little mf'er). Have also tried:

Sesamin
Thyro-cuts 2

:::ahem:::: stack with glycergrow :::ahem:::

hope testing goes well with this one. I am currently doing an all out cut, so water retention is something I am worried about. However, look for me to do a log on this stuff somewhere down the road. probably this coming summer when I start "beefin' back up".

Controlled Labs has made a believer out of me. those of you who are looking for a good supplement to boost up your pumps, and intensify your workouts give this stuff a shot. I think CL is the real deal.

Again, Good luck Pu12!

Weight: 156lbs

Bodytype: Mesomorph

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): I began training in May of 2004 and weighed 165 w/ no muscle just fat haha. So I got on this board and started learning about weight training. At first I wanted to cut the fat but many were saying I should do a bulk and then cut first, and after much pondering I decided to follow that advice and i'm glad I did. So bulked up for about 6 months and got up to 180lbs. Then I did a cut for a few months and got down to 150lbs. I've done a couple more bulk/cut cycles since then and now I'm bulking up again to achieve my goal of being a lean 165lbs.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Right now, I just started to change my routine. I'm pyramiding my workouts because I got the best results from that in the past and I haven't done that in over a year. My split looks like this:

Mon: Chest/Back
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: HIIT/abs
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Legs/abs
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Moderate intensity cardio

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):Here's how my Moderate intensity cardio looks like:

10min. 3mph warmup
20min. 6mph running
15min. 3mph cooldown

Here's how my HIIT looks like:

CARDIO: 21min HIIT via. Stationary bike

00:00-05:39min = Warmup
05:40-06:00min = High intensity
06:01-06:39min = moderate intensity

The same pattern persist all the way to the last High intensity interval at 16:40min-17:00min. Then from 17:01-21:00min I do a cool down. The I go stretch out and hit the abs. By the way I stretch before and after all my cardio sessions.

Congrats, you are on the list... I should have some more selections by tonight.
Boo-ya:D

Thanks Pure! Look forward to trying this product specifically with the additional nighttime dosage. PM sent.

Hmm, wondering if I should stack it with Green Blood or the HP CEE that I currently have. Also, looks like I'll be ordering that CL F**k Gentics t-shirt a little sooner than anticipated. Nothing like wearing the threads of the product your taking in order to efficiently pimp the effects to the boys at the gym.

BTW, I'm following your 3 stim comparison and MRM BCAA+G logs very closely since I intend to incorporate some sort of combo of the 2 as I cut in a 2-3 months. Nice work on those.;)

You will soon see the effects of the White Blood on the unit my friends... Talk about saluting all night...
You must have been reading my mind because I was thinking the EXACT same thing.

I believe I'm going to have to start lining up some "late night party partners" in anticipation of the "effects" on my "workout partner". I know he's stoked already, particularly with that extra nighttime dose;)

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): I've been lifting since end of junior year in high school after my basketball 'career' ended. I've gained knowledge little by little about training, supplementing, and nutrition throughout the years. I am currently a kinesiology major at the U. of IL and bodybuilding always comes first in my life :) I've made tremondous progress in the last year bulking wise, thanks to LeptiGen Mass, White blood, and Clout (and of course my food in the frige). I would absolutely LOVE to use white blood when I start my bulk again in late March and I would appreciate any consideration given to me.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): currently doing 5 days a week split:
Chest/forearms
Legs
Shoulders/forearms
Back
Tris/forearms

I do abs every other day. I either do high rep range of 8-14 or low rep range around 4-6. I make the switch every 2 month. I usually keep my sets per bodypart at 10-14. I don't like to set a strict schedule on my routines, I think it's all about how you feel and what you think you need from looking in the mirror.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): No cardio currently, my knees are not holding up well so I let it heal throughout the week for leg day.

Is water consumption a concern with a night time dose?

I've read a few times, I know from chuck d, and possibley from you (though I won't hold you to it) that it's not a swift move to take it at night cause you go like 8 hours without water.

How is this concern being addressed?

Is water consumption a concern with a night time dose?

I've read a few times, I know from chuck d, and possibley from you (though I won't hold you to it) that it's not a swift move to take it at night cause you go like 8 hours without water.

How is this concern being addressed?

:::waiting for Pure to post the hydration thread:::

hydration is such a great subject, eh?

I currently do cardio 2-3 times per week. Two low intensity cardio sessions are done during the week after weights - walking on the treadmill w/ an incline and sipping on Scivation Xtend. Again, this is very similar to what Beast (Derek) is currently doing. The third session is done on Sundays - usually a more intense form of cardio, namely HIIT.

Hi there, I'd love to take part in this!

Age: 26

Sex: M

Height: 5'5"

Weight: 160lbs

Bodytype: ecto-meso, 9-10% BF

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ):

I have been weight training for 13 years.

I am a pro MMA fighter with 7 pro fights.

I began powerlifting at 15 and played rugby/football for 6 years.

I began Wrestling/Boxing/BJJ/Muay Thai in late 2001. I have trained Muay Thai in Thailand for short periods of time as well.

I will normally train 5-6 days a week, and a total of 8-10 sessions, so recovery is of importance to me.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Mondays I do 30 minutes of lighter cardio at approximately 80% of my Max HR. I consider this one of my "off days".

Tuesdays I will train in Muay Thai at night for 90 minutes. This may include padwork and sparring. Immediately following class, I will do an EDT weight training session for 20 minutes supersetting squats and ring dips. In the last 4 weeks before fights, I will also do a morning cardio session this day which is 3 x 5 minute rounds at 85-90% Max HR.

Wednesdays I will train in Wrestling/BJJ at night for 90 minutes. This may include padwork and sparring as well. I will do morning cardio this day similar to Monday's session.

Thursday is a repeat of Tuesday, but the EDT component will be overhead squats and hang cleans. My weight exercises are normally switched after 3-4 weeks.

Friday I will train exclusive in BJJ at night. More technique than anything. Morning will be a sprint intervals at 95% max HR as much as possible.

Saturdays we will spar Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, or MMA for a 2 x 1 hour training sessions. We will normally do multiple rounds of 5 minutes, but this is based on how far we are from a fight.

Sunday is off.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Please See above.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):

LifeForce Multi-Vitamin
3-5 grams Vitamin C per day
Champion Nutrition Whey Protein
Greens RX greens supplement (not all year round, last 6 weeks before fight)
Carlsons Fish Oil, 2 tbl spoons per day
3.5 grams Bulk Citrulline Malate pre evening workout
Calcium/Magnesium pre bedtime
Green Tea (1-2 cups per day)

**I will supplement Kre-Alkalyn or other creatine form last 8 weeks prior to fight**

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):

Breakfast is typically Oatmeal, fresh fruit.
Next meal is shake combined with oatmeal/spinach/flax
Lunch is typically salmon/lean beef with brown rice or whole grain breads
Next meal is very similar to Lunch
Post workout is shake similar to previous shake
Night time is something like cottage cheese with raisins and some isolate.

Typical protein breakdown is 140 gms protein per day.

Current Daily water intake:

1 gallon of water per day. Up to 2 when cutting weight.

Short Term Goal:

Assist in recovery and ability to handle stress. My training volume is very high, and avoiding overtraining at times can be difficult to do. Assistance in muscular endurance would be excellent as well.

Long Term Goal:

Increased performance for my sport. From a supplement I'd like increased lactic acid resistance and increased muscular endurance.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:

None / None / None (I don't drink either)

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):

I have used creatine in the past, as well as ECA, and the above listed. I have also done a cycle of Deca-Durabolin 2 years ago. I am no longer on any hormones, and do not want to be. I have taken Gaba in the past to promote better sleep, but not currently. Other than that, the above listed are staples.

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):

None, this is the first I have applied for. I work in analytics and am very in tune with my body. I would be able to provide all info needed.

Progress Photos:

Can you post "before" and "after" photos (yes or no):

Yes I could very easily.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): Been training for sports for the last 2-3 years. Just started serious weightlifting about a year and a half ago.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

2:45 - 3:45 = Gym time

4:15-6:30 = Lacrosse practice

I run a four day split as follows.

1- Chest/tri
2- Bi/shoulder
3- Back/Abs
4- Legs

2-3 excercises per bodypart, 1-2 compound that involve both muscle groups trained that day. What I like about my split, is that every body part is trained once primarily, and then again with other excercises. For example, biceps on bicep day, and secondary on back day.

With the heavier lifts such as DL, Squat, and Bench I go with 5 sets of 5 normally, sometimes going 4x6.

For everything else I normally do 4x7-10

I haven't deadlifted, nor trained legs for about 3 weeks now. (Stress fracture in lacrosse) I should be going back to those lifts in 2 weeks.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

Due to my small fracture, I have had to sit out of Lacrosse for the last 3 or so weeks. Every day I do a HIT style bike session for 45 minutes (need to keep myself in prime shape)

Normally, I go hard during lacrosse. Lots of sprints, tons of long distance running, and even more running in game situations.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):

Cytosport Whey and Muscle Milk
NOW ADAM
NOW Omega 3
Scivation Xtend

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):

I try to eat healthy.... but unfortunately I often find myself eating crap I shouldn't. I'm extremely gifted with my genetics (and tons of activity :) ) and CANT put on body fat. I could eat fast food morning noon and night and not put on a pound of fat. I guess I'm lucky that way... or unlucky, considering it takes me forever to put on any weight at all.

Current Daily water intake:

1.5 gallons

Short Term Goal:

I'm about 9-10% body fat at the moment, so I'd like to maintain that and get a high weight measurement of 200 lbs. Right now I shift between 185-195 depending on day/time. I'd like to hit the 200 mark.

Long Term Goal:

210 8% body fat.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:

Finishing up some antibiotics from the flu.

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):

I've tried different brands of each of the following:

Whey, CEE, Kre-Alk, Mono, Multi, Fish Oil, BCAA, stimulants

Can you post "before" and "after" photos (yes or no):

Haha, you'd be surprised how often I've done that typo before when referencing Green Bulge.

Hey, didn't the alien in Predator have neon green blood.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): I've Been into Bodybuilding for almost two years now. When I say "into" I mean dedicated to it more than anything. By now it has gone beyond being a hobby. Unfortunately I've only just recently discovered this passion and so I'm not as far as I want to be at this stage but within the short amount of time that it I have been in it, I've made tremendous gains. I began strictly at the decent weight of 130. Since then I've progressed quite far, even with the set-backs of wrestling (which I quit to pursue Bodybuilding). Since then I've remained loyal to the sport and have once again made continuous gains in as little as a months time. Although young compared to others, I am assertive when I state that I am knowledgeable (although still learning) of several aspects of bodybuilding.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): My split consist of Five workout days a week:

Mon- Chest -- Finished with a set of triceps for an extra pump =-)
Tues- Back -- Finished with a set of Biceps for the same reason^
Wed- Legs
Thurs- Rest
Fri- Arms incl. Shoulders
Sat- Forearms
Sun- Rest

*Abs at least twice a week

My Rep Range is currently stapled at 6-8 reps for a focus on Strength. (Varies monthly)
Chest/Legs/Back = 15-18 Sets per Workout
Shoulders/Triceps/Biceps = 9-12 Sets per Workout

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

For the most part, cardio is not required for me to stay lean, but for the cardiovascular benefits I do them at least twice a week for 15 minutes(intense) before each ab workout.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):

Now Fish Oil (6 g per day)
Nature's Way Flaxseed Oil (6 g per day)
Primaforce CLA (3 g per day)
Man Clout (As Directed) Coming to an end soon...
Coreplex (Advocare Multivitamin 1 serv./day)
Ecdysterone (Sci-Fit)
Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):

Between 3,500-4,000 Calories/Day (50-40/40-35/25-20)

Current Daily water intake: Around One to Two Gallons Each Day

Short Term Goal: Appear Shredded at 160-170 by Summer. (Gain Strength Also)

Long Term Goal: Appear Shredded at 200 by the end of the Year and compete in 2007.

Advocare Muscle Strength
Advocare Catalyst
Advocare Night Time Recovery
GNC Mega Men's Multivitamin
GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey

Throw my name into the hat if you would please...

Age:37 (turning 38 in two weeks)

Sex: M

Height: 6' 1"

Weight: 193

Bodytype: Sort of depends on when you see me. In winter, people would describe me as a mesomorph, but in summer, when I'm working all day and climbing all weekend (and some nights) people would call me an ecto.

Training experience: I began weight training in my freshman year of High School. Like most teenagers I had great gains for moderate effort and supplementation was a multi-vitamine. We didn't watch our diets, and supplements were "those things bodybuilders on steriods took." In retrospect, I realize back then my diet was close to perfect. I was living in Alaska, eating Moose meat, Caraboo (super lean stuff) and fresh salmon almost daily. Like any teenager I was an eating machine, and so I grew. Somehow I never put the connection between training and diet together.

When I left home my diet changed and I slammed right into a plateu. Again, stupid me, I didn't make the connection. I simply atributed it to the combination of my constant climbing, my work in construction, and my genetic limits. Weight training continued, but became something I did in the winter only, when climbing season was off. I trained every winter, but it made no sense to train in the summer, as I would reach the same plateu over and over.

Something I read about 21 months ago finaly broke through the ignoance, and I realized the obvious. To grow and become stronger than I was, my muscles needed materials to build with. DUH!!! These days I'm tracking my diet on Fitday.com, keeping my protein levels up to 1.5g per pound, and constantly reaching new personal bests. My training hasn't changed much, but my diet and supplementation has been life-altering.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol : Evening workouts. Currently my lifting partner and I are on a two day split, 5 sets of 5, heavy loads, with two days of cardio inbetween. This is a 5 wk program, and will end in 4 wks. The main goal is to increase our max bench.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol : Evening cardio. 2X/wk. Running, swimming, and Nordic Track, depending on the weather.

Current supplements :
ON 100% whey
Muscle Milk whey
GeniSoy soy protein
GNC Creatine mono
Weider Amino 6000
Multi-vitamine
Vitamine B complex
Omega Complex (Omega-3, flax oil, borage)

Current Diet and macros : Bulking, 3800 +/- daily. Goal is aprox 40%/40%/20%, results typically are more like 34%/40%/26% protein, carbo, fats. Most of my diet comes from real food sources, with 3 protein shakes (66g whey, 7g soy protein) keeping the protein levels up. Eating 6 meals daily. Cottage cheese, oats, tunafish, milk and eggs are staple foods.

Current Daily water intake: 1 gallon or more

Short Term Goal: Increase max bench, increase muscular hypertrophy

Long Term Goal: To redpoint the Chain Reaction route at Smith Rock before I reach 40.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: 1/2 asprin daily. I don't drink or smoke. I will have about 1 can of Coke a week.

Supplement history : Brands of protein have included ON 100%, Pro-Rated, Muscle Milk, Body Fortress, Met-Rx, and Genisoy. Creatine brands have all been mono, including Weider, GNC, and some other brand I bought at the grocery store (very forgetable). Also did a trial of ThermoLean Extreme (30 days)

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): ThermoLean Extreme (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=618961) review (30 day trial)

Progress Photos: Most people would be happier if they didn't look at me, but hey, if you want pics I'm sure I can break a camera for you.

Can you post "before" and "after" photos (yes or no): Yes.

Short Term Goal: Go from 180.5 to 190 in 8 weeks using HST while keeping same bf.

Long Term Goal: Be f' in hyooge!! No seriously I want to keep putting on mass until I start to feel uncomfortable and then cut down a bit. Thinking like 215 lbs. Also my first goal was to lift 2 plates on bench press so I am really looking forward to the day when I press 3, dead and squat 500.

Controlled Labs makes the dumbest gel caps ever. They put so much food colouring in it - it is DISGUSTING. I had to throw the 3 bottles of Blue Blood into the garbage after it stained my finger blue after handling the capsule and it wouldn't wash out with soap for a day.

Good luck, and the dosages are also out of whack.

I doubt they are looking at white blood for GH release, actually I hope not. Back in the 80's they used to promote Arginine and Ornithine as a GH releaser, it was to be taken before bed unfortunately it failed miserably as a GH releaser.

I am curious as to what affect CL is looking for from this experiment.

Yes but did you know somebody actually has a patent on Arginine and Ornithine as a GH booster.

I did not know that. Back in the day quite a few companies sold it and promoted the combo as a GH booster. If someone is selling it that way now, we are going backwards.

It might increase GH slightly and temporary, but according to PA this means nothing.

What would be the advantages of taking it after morning cardio?

I should have clarified. I am a believer in low to moderate-intensity fasted state cardio, and the biggest drawback to this is that immediately after waking from an 8-hour fast, your body is teetering on being both anabolic/ catabolic. Catabolic due to the fact that you have not consumed protein in 8 hours, and cortisol levels are naturally higher after an 8-hour fast. However, your body is also primed for nutrient uptake (insulin sensitivity is high upon waking). K-R-ALA would help further partition nutrients to your muscle tissue, AEE and OEE would obviously boost NO. I have also always been a fan of antioxidants. To answer your question, there may be no additional benefit to taking it after my morning cardio, I am no expert but this supplement does look promising in my opinion. Your opinion?

I'm a big fan of low to moderate intensity cardio in a fasted state too (i.e. upon waking), as Bobo advocates, but the first thing I reach for after such cardio is going to be 1.5 scoops of WPI and 1 cup of ground oats (K-R-ALA makes a nice addition).

My opinion, I am NOT a fan of fasted state cardio for most people. However if you were to do it, BCAA's or EAA's would be the best thing to take immediately after.

Why is that?

It's too catabolic. Most average people will risk losing muscle which is counterproductive to what your trying to do. For some people that have great genetics and/or taking anabolics, they can get away with it.

You don't burn a whole lot of fat DURING your cardio, the real benefit is the rise in metabolism in the hours after cardio.

I always take BCAA's (no calories) before and a whey protein shake afterwards with 40-50g of high-glycemic carbs. K-R-ALA could only benefit nutrient uptake, as well as the AEE and OEE in my opinion.

There are calories in BCAA's, it's protein and all protein is 4 calories per gram.

You do realize that BCAA's can be used for energy which MAY be defeating the purpose of the fasted state cardio but again, I don't recommend fasted state cardio anyway.

I actually like White Blood pre-cardio in smaller doses when I need a boost, as long as I'm hydrated (usually am :p ).

SJL brings up a point that gets overlooked even by some of our customers... White Blood isn't just AEE and OEE.. it already includes K-R-ALA for example.. and some very "key" antioxidants. It's actually amazing how those additional ingredients get overlooked.

Somewhat similar situation with ingredients like beta-alanine, betaine anhydrous, Yohimbine HCL, and cnidium.. some people don't understand how incredibly potent some of these compounds are, so they underestimate anything that isn't at least 1g in the formula....

Here is my theory, and why it makes sense to me.

Doing cardio is catabolic and there is really no way around it (lets leave gear out of the equation for the moment). If you're going to put yourself in a catabolic state anyway, then you want to be glycogen depleted, as then the negative catabolic activity is at least accompanied by FFA oxidation.

While BCAA's and EAA's are going to get you up to speed quicker so to speak, the time frame for benefit isn't enough that a WPI protein shake can't provide that same benifit.

Hence the low to moderate-intensity. I have not read any conclusive evidence that lower-intensity cardio upon waking is catabolic enough to breakdown much, if any, muscle tissue. This should be even less of an issue with a cortisol-suppression supplement such as AX retain (which I have been using) or SNS reduce XT. I find it hard to believe that your body would selectively attack your muscle tissue as a source of energy, as protein is a much less efficient source of energy than fat. However, I doubt your body can convert stored bodyfat into energy fast enough to supply the necessary energy for high-intensity cardio, which would cause you to run out of gas quickly, and increase cortisol levels substantially. The rise in metabolism is prevalent mainly with high-intensity cardio. I have been doing fasted-state cardio 2-3 times a week for several months, and my bodyfat% continues to drop while my weight increases. If however, you have any legitimate references that prove fasted-state cardio is extremely catabolic at a lower intensity, I would love to read them. (That's what these boards are for, to share info, after all :))

I'm not sure if you can disclose the amount of K-R-ALA that is in a serving of the product, but if it's enough, I would caution people away from taking white blood pre cardio on an empty stomach. I'm currently using GeroNova's 100 mg K-R-ALA caps, and would be concerned about feeling hypoglycemic if taken at such a time.

And good point about Y HCL, I'm happy to see it was removed from the former Blue Rhino product. Y HCL and I don't get along very well.

I don't have studies for you but a lot of experience especially working with natural bodybuilders.

This is a great discussion but I don't think we should continue it here as it's way off topic from white blood.

As far as the white blood and cardio, I agree there are real advantages to the anti-oxidants around your cardio (and lifting) but I don't see any advantages to the AEE & OEE.

Yea, I rarely recommend doing cardio on a completely empty stomach because in my opinion it simply isn't necessary or beneficial.

In my opinion, people generally tend to confuse the following:

a) Morning cardio
b) Empty stomach morning cardio

I recommend a but I RARELY recommend b... the only time I really recommend it is when severe nausea is a issue or there is a supplement like Yohimbine involved.

This is probably getting a bit off topic now (maybe we should start a new thread as not to clutter this one) but BCAA/EAA/aminos do not have calories in the eyes of the FDA, that is why these products do not have calories listed on their labels. only protein, carbs and fat have calories in the FDA's eyes. aminos arent a complete protein and therefore arent caloric by the strict definition, even though they do technically ellicit "energy"

I may be mistaken, but i do not remember a caloric value listed on my BCAA's. And while protein does have a caloric value, these are protein fractions. If they are used for energy instead of supplying aminos to the muscles, they would not be a significant source of energy as i imagine we would be talking about a single-digit number of calories.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): I played basketball and wrestled all through high school. First started lifting weights when I was a junior in high school. Now I train in jiu jitsu and salat and hope to have my first amature mma match this summer. Weight training is something I take very seriously. If I dont work out I feel like my day is not complete.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I lift weights six days out of the week. I hit all major muscle groups twice a week. My work out schedule is usually something like chest and tris, back and bi, seperate day for legs, shoulders and calves. These workouts rotate that way I make sure I hit my majors twice a week but it will rotate so one week one of my majors will only get worked once. This gives my body the adequate time to rest.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): My cardio consist of fullcourt basketball games on tuesdays and thursdays and a 3 mile run every sunday.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Right now I am on BSN's cell mass and Nitro Tech for my protein. To be honest Nitro Tech is the worst protein I have ever had because it just does not mix well and is a constant hassle.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): My diet is very strict but I get that from my wrestling background because I have to watch my fight weight. I take in on average about 3 to 4 thousand calories. No sugar or salt on or in anything. My meals are usually 6 egg whites in the morining, Turkey sandwiches throughout the day, and Grilled chicken and Grilled fish everyday.

Current Daily water intake: Im not aloud to drink anything but water so water all day long.

Short Term Goal: My current maxes are Bench 275, Squat 455, and dead lift 350. My short term goals would be to get my Bench to 300, Squat to 500, and Dead lift 400.

Long Term Goal: Long term goals are to be able to work out with 300 plus on bench, workout with 400 plus on Squat and get my dead lift work outs in the 300's

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: None

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): The only supplements I have ever used is creatine and those products were CE2, Cell Tech (terrible), and now Cell mass. I have used two different NO products which were NO2 and BSN's Nitrix.

Since this is my first time applying to be a tester is there anything I can do to make myself a better candidate? I'm always interested in trying new things, and how my body reacts to them. However, I realize due to the fact that I'm in the middle of a weight loss journey that some of the more 'fit' candidates will probably get preference.

Josh
link us to some posts that youhave put up int he past where you have demonstrated knowledge, feedback or ahve helped others. we are looking for people who will follow through and also will not commit to other logs during this time, two basis, but we have taken them for granted in the past and have been burned a lot.

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ):I've started training mainly for sports while I was in high school and got really serious into my fitness because I'm a competitive golfer. That then lead my addiction into bodybuilding about 2 years or so ago. As of now though I have come to the realization that I am not good enough to make it on the PGA tour. So I have been focused on my other passion nutrition and bodybuilding. I am taking a semester off college(not the school for me) right now and this has given me the opportunity to be 100% dedicated to my fitness and nutrition and I have made huge gains in my physic as I have finished my 1st bulk and I am currently cutting. I would really appreciate the opportunity to do this log for you even though it would be my 1st. I'm sure I can supply you with some great feed back and I just hope you give me the chance to get my feet wet as I am a real fan of your company.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):Mon:Chest,Tue:Arms(heavy),Wed:Legs/calves,Thu:Back/traps,Fri:Shoulders,Sat:Arms(pump),Sun:Off
I like to train heavy and hard I feel that has given me the best gains. But I am not afraid to mix it up and go light and heavy too. The main sheme of things though I like to stay in the 4 to 12 rep range. If chosen I will certainly supply you with my exact lifts reps/sets etc on each day of cousrse.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):I have started to do cardio after my works for 30 to 40 minutes moderate intesinty w/ my heart rate around 130 or alittle more. I will also do this on M/W/F in the mourning for an hour. Ab's I train on those days to0 with heavy cable pulldowns and stiff leg raises, plus side bends.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):On's whey, Gf-pro WPI, Extend, Bulk CEE, Vitamens, EFA's(sesamin), glutamine, and Hydroxycut Hardcore

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):Diet is very clean right now low carbs and High protein and healthy fat intake. I'm a fan of what beast/chuck are doing and their views overall.

Current Daily water intake:2.5 to 3 gallons

Short Term Goal:To see if I can put on more size and still get to single digit bodyfat before mid april.

Long Term Goal:To become a Natural bodybuilder in a year or so and pursue a career in the supplement/training industry.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:Nope nothing at all.

That's I can recall as of now but I'm sure there's more.

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links):This will be my first I hope.

Progress Photos: Can you post "before" and "after" photos (yes or no):Maybe in the end when Insurance gets my camera back it was stolen.

Yea I don't think I'll get picked but I hope I do. I posted pics from my cut with a great diet and I plan on having just as much if not more progression on my bulk. It's perfect too since I just came to the end of my cut. Either way it'd be nice if I got picked since I'm a believer in No2 but it's out of my hands at this point :)

I just started a carb cycling for the last 2 weeks of my cutting diet. 2 high carb days on weight lifting days, 3 low carb days on weight lifting/cardio days and two no carb days on off days. Taking in 1900-2000 calories.

In March, will you still be cutting ?

or bulking ?

Adamb83,

Just want to let you know that you would be a great candidate.

The reason I'm not selecting you is that I would like to avoid any "potential" complications from Ephedrine + White Blood.

jdiritto,

Just wanted to say that I think you are a great candidate. The reason I can't select you at this time is because of the "injury" variable that could potentially skew the results (positive or negative)... despite the fact that I would be personally interested in the results.

Please send me a email when your ankle is back to 100%, and we will work something out for you. At that time, please let me know what your cardio protocol is too.

Hope you understand

Tank and PU, I had a thought. One way in which you might actually further the quality control of your testers. Have us sign an agreement of some sort stating that if you do not feel we held up our end of the bargain as far as testing/logging for the product then we would be required to reimburse you for said product.

I know I'd be willing to sign such an agreement, hint hint, haha.

Hehe, that is like asking me which winning lottery ticket I want man. I've been very impressed with the results many of my friends have seen from a few of the products:

Red Acid/ Blue Rhino stack

Training experience: Been training now since 2000. Went from 287 lbs. (Feb. 2000) to 202 lbs. ~ 16%bf in about 2 years using a variety of workouts, set/rep ranges, programs from (gulp) MH and M&F magazines...hey they got me started on the road so I can't knock them. Gained some weight back to around 257 (good muscle development mind you) in October 2004...still training yet diet sucked...got serious again April of this year last year...did HST routine (twice)...became member here right around April 2005...used many exercise suggestions from these forums.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol:

Currently going into my last week of 1st phase of SHSHT routine which is explained in the link below. For those unfamiliar with spytech, check out his thread as well. I'm sure most know of him.

http://www.spytechonline.com/shsht/index.htm

My training log (which is also in my sig) can be found at the below link:

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: 30 min. low intensity 2-4 times per week

True Protein Whey Concentrate

Higher Power CEE
PrimaForce ALA

True Protein BCAA
Ergopharm AMP + Avant Labs H.E.A.T. Stack

Current Nutrition Plan:

High protein, moderate carbs and moderate fats. I keep my daliy nutrition at www.fitday.com and my public profile is in my sig for review. I keep my diet pretty clean throughout the week except for one meal usually. Recent one week setback but back on track as of yesterday.

http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=EDDIED27

Will be switching over to carb cycling mid-March once I finish AMP + HEAT Stack review. Still would like to use it though as part of my supplement regimen.

THERMOLOID Review
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=637544

Short Term Goal: Lose weight, lose fat and build muscle - get from 230 to around 210-220 @ ~ 10-15% bf (currently at ~20%)

Long Term Goal: continue to build muscle while maintaining low body fat%

Supplement history: varies..I've tried Hydroxycut, Lipo-6, Sesathin, Sesalean, Lecithin, flax oil, etc., etc. I just finished up a review of Thermoloid by Goliath Labs.

I'm married with a couple of kids so it's tough to negotiate funds for supplements. From the research I've done, I think I have a solid supplement regime at this point.

I hope to be one of the chosen few. Thanks for the consideration. Ed

I have heard a lot of good things about this product and would like to test it and help out.

Age: 18

Sex: Male

Height: 6 foot

Weight: 198

Bodytype: Mesomorph

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! ): Well For 4 years I have been lifting 3-4 times a week with 1 day of pure cardio (Usually an hour of running and jumping work outs)

Usually do:
Day 1. Upper body- 3X5, 3X3, bench,,,, 3X10 DB Bench, 3X10 push ups and close and wide push ups. Skull crushers 3X10, other lifts depending on the workout

Day 2. Legs- Squat (light)3X5 3X3, Leg press jumps- 1X8, 1X6, 1x4, 1X2, 1X1. Calf raises 3X10. Stairs,

Day 3. Olympic lifts- Power Clean 3X6, 3X5, 3X3..... Snatch - same sets..

Others: Every day I do abs for 5-10 minutes

Track: Track starts tommorow and I am a thrower so we do A LOT of explosive workouts such as power clean and medicine ball workouts

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

I think this is the same as above except I will be adding in running 1/2-1 mile a day during track.
Usually do:

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I use a heart monitor so this is easy. 5 days a week I get 25 minutes of cardio while working out at least and then an additional 30 minutes after school between workouts and then a jog.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Right now I am only taking N0-xplode (2 scoops on workout days pre lift), And a centrum multi vitamin daily, and gnc 100% whey protein 2 times a day with water

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I am on a slight bulk for throwing in track because it helps to be a little bigger and stronger. Breakfast: Whole Grain toast with pb on it, Lunch: EVERYDAY I eat a breat, thigh, leg, wing of baked chicken, Pre workout Protein shake, Dinner: 12 oz+ of either chicken or steak, lots of green veggies that are steamed, After dinner, protein shake in water, 6 egg whites, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast.

Current Daily water intake: Workout days: 1 gallon,, Non workout days-- Slightly less

Short Term Goal: Be as strong as possible and explosive for track. Not gain more fat, only muscle.

Long Term Goal: AFter throwing, I plan on cutting to 185 and seeing how that works. By next year this time I may be back up to 195 or 200 but hopefully that will be from gaining muscle only.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: I take a tylenol maybe once a week on average.. Nothin else

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): All I have ever been on is N0-xplode, Gnc 100 whey protein, and Multi vitamins. I have no medical prescriptions.

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): None yet

XCriticalBenchX,

Just wanted to let you know that you would be a great candidate, but I am concerned about your low hormone levels and prohormone use as a teen, so I just can't justify selecting you at this time. White Blood is technically non-hormonal, but indirectly it can have a effect on hormone levels.

Have you seen a endocrinologist yet ?

solarize,

I just want you to know that you were on my initial list, and I'm personally interested in the feedback of White Blood + Androgens but it would be difficult for all readers to determine what effect White Blood is having over and above the Ergomax.

I hope that makes sense. :)

KeyHawk,

I had you on my initial list, but we were thinking of doing a GlycerGrow log right ? If you would rather do this, I will just make you tester #11, because I do value your feedback.

Let me know

As much as I would love to argue with you about that (I am a Satch fan too) we really should not go "off topic" in this thread.

Carry on with the nighttime.

I was under the impression that redvision was doing a X-Factor log for Molecular Nutrition.

give a link to the thread that he was just chosen in

sublimejeh
02-26-2006, 05:56 PM
and if he did get chosen 13 days ago.... he JUST finished his cycle, which means he needs at least 50 days off until his next one. This is enough time to do the WB nighttime in between the two... true?

Blap Blaow
02-26-2006, 05:57 PM
I'm pretty sure that he is starting another X-Factor log that is sponsored. If the X-Facor testers were chosen 2-13, how could he have possibly finished a 50 day cycle in 13 days??
That log started 4 Jan I do believe. I'm not sure if he was chosen to do a second log ...

I was under the impression that redvision was doing a X-Factor log for Molecular Nutrition.

he is, but he has to wait 50 days to do it. I don't know if he disclosed this, but he isn't doing the log for MN for another 50 days.

(still have ~50 days before my cycle of X-Factor...)

Besides Frank, your application history is little suspect from each company tester application thread that I read before, particularly around the new year. If you really want me too, I can go back and post all of your applications after you were accepted to test CL's GlycerGrow and then again to test ThermoLife's Xpload Reload. That was shady as f**k. Kind ironic you now calling out Redvision, don't ya think?

Ther's more, but I'm getting tired and lazy. Besides, your just jealous that Redvision got picked for X-factor. **** you practicly begged Aeternitatis for the X-Factor. You wouldn't give up. I can post that link too if ya want me to.:)

Also EDIT: I don't know Redvision, have never spoken with him on here, and could give a rat's ass if he gets picked to test either product. No offense.;)
