I have heard many ppl say they take flax seed oil when they cut. What is flax seed oil? What does it do and how many times a day should it be taken? (Can I pick it up just at any grocery store?)

I know that peas are also high protien/low carb food, I have been eatin fish sticks and chicken strips a lot.

What other cutting foods are there? Do u guys eat them everyday? (seeing how there doesnt seem to be a lot of them) Thanks all :)
