I was reading this protein brownie yesterday, and I made it...

...and it was REALLY good!

It didn't taste like protein. It really tasted like chocolate cake.

Does anybody else have any of these really fun quick recipes using simple ingredients? Thanks!

Cook the steak in an uncoated pan with just a little olive oil. Cook it 4-5 per side, then set the steak on a plate and cover with foil to rest while you get ready to make the sauce. The pan is now covered with the crispy caramelized steak meat/juice. Dump a can of beef broth and a little salt and pepper into the pan. Use a whisk to "deglaze" the pan over high heat. (meaning the liquid will get all those bits off the bottom of the pan, and use the whisk to scrap the bottom and stir) Reduce the heat, and then reduce the volume of the liquid by at least half. I like to reduce it until the flavor really starts to pack some punch. Take either some corn starch or some arrow root, mix it in a small amount of cold water, and add it as a thickener to the pan sauce. Allow to simmer for one more minute. The sauce should be able to coat the back of a spoon. Dump the sauce over the steak and enjoy.

Total cooking time is probably no more than 15mins

I think the nutritional facts are wrong on that. Where is all of the fat coming from? 12g saturated?
