would that be a good option? i could just open up a tea bag and throw the leaves in my oatmeal and not mind at all, would this be a good idea? it wouldnt hurt me would it? i hate the taste of green tea brewed.

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish... But you're pretty much negating the benefits of the already small amount of polyphenols contained within by doing so ... It's not going to hurt you, but it's also not very productive either ...

Better buy green tee in leaves, content of that tee bag is questionable. Buy gunpowder tee

green tea gum is good, eat 6 pieces a day, get recommended dose per day..

If you want the benefits, but not the taste, but pure Matcha green tea powder and put it in your shakes...Whole Foods has some n their stores, but I find this is a better deal
