I go to the gym 4 days a week at 11am, i have mny breakfast which is porrage (with whey, almonds, flaxsseds, apple, bluberries) at around 8am. I was thinking about having some eggs at about 10-10.30 everyday for the extra protein hit.

Whta do u think and how many shall i have!?

here's my daily food intake -

8.00am Porrage (narural protein, flaxseeds, apple, blackberries)
1 glutamine tablet

11.00am Weights (1hour each body part etc) and do cardio on the 3 other days

11.35am Post-workout shake 1.5 scoops maximuscle cyclone

2.15pm Meal (usually steak/chicken salad with beans)
Mulitvitamin

6.00pm Meal (usually tuna/chicken bagel or sandwich)

8.00pm Snack (soya Nuts, banana + grapes)

10.00pm Cyclone shake with skimmed milk

1.00am Cottage chesse before bed

You can eat eggs whenever you want. Personally I put an egg in my oatmeal (what you would call porridge) every morning pre workout.

8 am to 2 pm is a big gap. Six hours with just a PWO shake!

The best use for pwo shakes is to supply whatever the body used up, with a some extra protein. Ideally you would have a shake pwo, and a normal (small) meal 2-4 hours after the last one. A couple eggs and a glass of milk would do just fine. A protein and carb shake should not take the place of a meal, unless you simply don't have the time to eat one.

Right now you are woking out 3 hrs after the last meal, on an almost empty stomach, and probably drinking 1 liter or more water during the workout.

If you decide against the eggs, have some kind of high-energy natural (not a candy bar) carb food before you hit the weights. A handful of raisins, or some dried fruit, a banana or two... unless you are on a cut, anything that will supply some of the calories you need for energy so your body does not have to scavenge the nutrients to fuel the workout from stores used to repair and grow muscle!

By drink, I assume you mean raw/liquid, I have no opinion on that myself, but I bet you can get plenty of comments on that alone, ;)

you get more protein if you cook them.
