Currently I eat every day:

red meat 2-3 times
peanut butter 2-3 times
fish oil 6-10 caps
almonds 1/4 cup

Any other ideas?

walnuts and almonds are 2 great choices for fats, also olive oil, and flax seed.

Almonds are packed full of nutrients. The best kind is raw and not roasted. I love them as an addition to a meal. They help me feel full longer, and almonds make me happy.

Dairy fat isn't very good. I'd only recommend it for helping to get your daily caloric intake up if you are having trouble with "cleaner" sources. I love melting cheese on otherwise bland chicken breasts when bulking though. I use tons!
