i eat a ww sandwhich about 90 minutes before, and then have one scoop of whey immedietly before working out

and directly after i have a medium banana and a package of myoplex which is 42g of whey and 24g carb

ive read countless articles on this, and everyone says different things, so its confusing

ya ive read that before, just wondering if myoplex was a good mixture of carbs and protein

post work out recommendations:
at least
Protein = 0.25g/lb
Carbs = 0.5g/lb

I don't know your stats or goals but it's safe to say you want more carbs
