View Full Version : Beginning to bulk, seeking diet help

I'm 20 years old, 6'2" 188lbs and naturally thin. After lifting for 6 months and seeing very little in the way of gains I've decided to go on a bulking diet.

Lately i've been eating oatmeal, cottage cheese, turkey, chicken, whole wheat bread, Whey Protein and Weight Gainer 1850 (GNC Brand) and been eating alot of it, I try to eat every 2-3 hours starting at 8-8:30 when I wake up.

Is this a good diet to bulk on or do I totally have it wrong?

I'm open to all kinds of advice and am willing to try anything and I don't mind spending money on hordes of food, I'm just not sure what to be buying and what to look for or how many calories I need to be intaking in a day.
