I'm sorry, but I must disagree with you on the taste of the Vanilla Spice Intake Lean. Not very good at all. And the Chocolate reminds me of a girl's lipstick. I like the ingredient profile & the fiber content, but the taste is just not nearly what I expected.

We just came out with a v2 of our fatburner Inferno. Inferno was designed for people that have already used LeanFire and had success with it and are looking to take the next step, or for an extreme athlete who already has a relatively low BFP, but is looking to really cut up and drop those last couple of points.

We took the 7-KETO out of the Inferno and have replaced it with more aggressive herbal fat burners like Niacin, Yohimbine, Synephrine, and Sclareolide that attack A2 and B3 receptors to release fatty acid to use for energy. Inferno also has an increased thermogenic effect by including increased amounts of cayenne, white and black pepper.

Inferno is not recommended for everybody. Only those who are seasoned fat burner and stimulant users. If you have never used one before, LeanFire is going to be a better bet for you.

You will be able to pick up samples of Inferno at the Arnold Classic in two weeks!

We definitely try to keep the pudding as competitively priced as possible. We normally have a show sale for all who are at The Arnold and drop by our booth. I have not been told what that price is going to be yet.

In Rocky 17, will Sly have to fight a young, tough, up and coming machine that wastes the competition and makes Sly do some "soul searching" all the while Adrian is telling him he can't fight anymore, that he means "too much to this family" only to have Rocky at the end say "Adrian, Ima fighta, dats all I ever known how ta beee" and the movie ends with Rocky defeating the bad guy?

so how comes it's in there?

Soy is not going to be harmful to men who consume less than 10% of their protien from Soy. The Soy is in the pudding to up the total grams to 20, to make it a better source of protien. You also need to include different kinds of protien, because they absorb at different rates into your system. By having more than one source of protein it increases the chance that all grams are absorbed into your system.

I have used the ECA stack to some success, and am currently taking LIPO 6. I have a three part question.

1) How would you compare INFERNO to the ECA stack?

2) I noticed that some of your products used the newer from of Creatine: CEE. The research on this product seems limited at best. What is your opinion on CEE?

3) I am 5'9", 40 years old, training over 15 years; currently my BF is about 12 percent--I would like to lower that. Do you recommend INFERNO or LEAN FIRE considering the aforementioned?

Thanks

For me, the best way to get BF down below 12% is cardio and low carbs/calorie deficit combined with intense resistance training. LeanFire is a great tool to stimulate fat loss and give energy for intense workouts. LeanFire really helped me was when I was low carb/calorie defecit, it gave me the push to get through those grueling workouts. I am just starting to use the Inferno, and it seems to be a little stronger to me. I like to take one LeanFire and one Inferno before a workout session. Henry Pelitire

Agreed; I have went as far as I can withOUT cardio--now is the time begin that, along with a slight carb deficit. Thanks for the information Henry, and let me know now combining LEANFIRE and INFERNO works for you.

Thanks

Inferno was designed specifically for athletes with a low BFP, 12% in your case, to help them drop that last few percent. It is a bit more aggressive than the LeanFire and I think would be the right one for you in this case. (Henry, thank you for your fine answer as well)

The reason that we like the CEE here is because it doesn't promote water retention or bloating. While research is limited, there is enough to show that CEE is the most effective form of creatine at the time. You still need to have a high water intake while using a creatine product, but don't need to worry about bloating while using CEE.

As I mentioned before, I think that Inferno is the best product for you and your situation.

I hope that this helps you out, and Henry thank you again for a great response.

The reason that we like the CEE here is because it doesn't promote water retention or bloating.

Well, increased intracellular hydration ("water retention") simply means that cells have stored more creatine.

My favorite snack is Vanilla Instone pudding with about an ounce of crushed almonds on top. It's killer ;).

The main source of protein in the pudding is actaully Casinate. There is not enough Soy in the pudding to worry about eating it.

I agree. A small amount of soy protein is certainly not a problem. In fact, it may actually improve amino acid profile.

Can you tell us why Stallone lowered the grand prize money for the Lifechange Challenge? It went from $24,000 to $10,000. Is it because not enough people are in the contest this year or what?

How did you arrive at that misinformation? Check out link below and clearly read that the 2006 Grand prize winner receives $25,000 and the top 10 finalist $5000.

Actually it is not missinformation. I received e-mail from Drew regarding changes : Here it is :
NOTICE: Effectively immediately Instone, LLC has decided to amend the original rules and regulations of the 2006 LifeChange Challenge contest.
There are now going to be 10 winners of the contest that will each receive a one year supply of their two favorite Instone Nutrition products. From those 10 people 2 will be chosen as runner ups to the Grand Champion and receive in addition a custom leather jacket and watch. The Grand Prize winner will receive in addition to all of these a one year endorsement contract for $10,000. There will no longer be an awards ceremony for the winners. If you have any questions related to this, please send them to info@instonenutrition.com

Thank you for participating and good luck with your transformation!

I think it is UNFAIR !!! I was in my 8th week of the Challange and was about to order more stuff from Instone. When I got this e-mail. I decided to quit the challange. I didnt quit my workouts but I stopped using Instone products.

ARe there going to be any more protein pudding flavors coming out ??

My wife and several of her friends LOVE the pudding but would like a nice variety to help it remain a ''treat'' to look forward to instead of candy/junk food.

maybe something like graham cracker/key lime pie? :)

hi guys.
in about 3-4 days here i'm coming off a light cycle of methoxy tst, mega trn and jungle warfare.
from everything that i've seen and read about forza-t it looks like it should be a good pct. i'm going to be starting it today so i don't crash when i cycle off.

does anyone have any input or suggestions on this as a pct? general commits?
local weather?
