View Full Version : Time after waking up when body burns muscle?

I am currently cutting and I do sit-ups and junp rope when I wake up. I would like to know how much time you can go in the morning without eating till your body starts to burn muscle. Can I wait 1-2 hours after I wake up before I eat my first meal?

Even then, you might burn muscle. Just keep your nose alert, if you ever start to smell amonia when your working out, after or on your workout clothes, you're losing muscle. ~J

Is this true ? Can anyone actually smell it easily or is this true only for some people ?

What can you do besides a high protein diet to minimize muscle burn(loss).

Ive never heard about being able to smell ammonia myslef. However, if you are cutting you NEED tons of protein. Also, try some HMB and glut with some vit supps.

Is ammonia that smells like you have fish in your nose?

I have that smell when I empty my nose...
****...I hate emptying my nose, because of this smell...
