i have a can of sweet potatoes. the only probablem is that they are in light syrup.

2/3 cup has...
0 fat
37 carbs which 17 of them are sugars
3 protien


should i eat them even though they have syrup?

why did you buy them in the can? 8 minutes is not long to nuke one in the microwave..

What is in the syrup?

the ingredients are
sweet potatoes, water, corn syrup, sugar

i didn't, i just found the can in the pantry :)

Im definately not a fan of the corn syrup and sugar, and I'm sure the nutritional value is diminished. I would definately go get some normal ones and microwave them like the other guy said.

you can buy canned sweet potatos without syrup they say vacuum pack with no liquid added and the only ingredient is sweet potatos

I eat them all the time just open the can and microwave
