Breakfast: - multivitamin
Blender meal(milk, yogurt, fruit, flaxseed oil, peanut butter) or
4 eggs + wheat toast + milk + yogurt

Snack: Protein bar + fruit + 2 oz almonds or
Protein shake + fruit + yogurt

Lunch:

Turkey breast sandwhich + choc milk or
60 oz tuna + 1 cup rice + fruit + yogurt + milk

Pre-workout - Protein shake + 1/2 sport drink or
MRP bar

Post- workout - Chocolate milk or
Protein shake

Dinner - whole-wheat pasta + lean meat + veggies
Fish + rice + veggies

Before bed snack - 1 cup cottage cheese or
2 cups yogurt + 1 oz mixed nuts.

-ID LOSE THE PB AND FLAX, SAVE THOSE FATS FOR LATER ON. YOU WANT NUTRIENTS INTO YOUR BODY ASAP AFTER WAKING, AND THE FATS ONLY SLOW THEM. ITS NOT BAD, BUT YOU CAN GET THOSE EFAS IN LATER. GO WITH OATS, EGG WHITES, 1 WHOLE EGG, AND SOME WHEY. OR THE FRUIT, YOGURT AND EGG WHITES ARE GREAT

-LOSE THE PROTEIN BAR ASAP. SAVE THOSE FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. HAVE AN APPLE WITH SOME COTTAGE CHEESE. OR HAVE A TURKEY SANDWICH ON 100% WHOLE WHEAT. YOGURT AND COTTAGE CHEESE MIXED IS GREAT TOO

Lunch:

-CHOC MILK?? YOUR KIDDING RIGHT? HAVE THE CHICKEN, ADD SOME VEGGIES AND SOME ALMONDS OR OTHER EFA. OR JUST GO WITH THE CHICKEN AND RICE W/VEGGIES. THE TUNA IS GREAT AS WELL

Pre-workout - Protein shake + 1/2 sport drink or

-WHAT IS IN YOUR SHAKE? STICK WITH WHOLE FOODS, LOSE THE BAR. WHEY IS THE EXCEPTION. HAVE SOME OATS AND WHEY PRE WORKOUT OR SOME WHEY AND YOGURT ETC...

Post- workout - Chocolate milk or
Protein shake
-WTF? ARE YOU IN SOME SORT OF HURRY? YOU MUST READ A LOT OF MENS HEALTH CONSIDERING THEY TELL YOU TO DRINK CHOC MILK PWO. YEA, ITS NOT THAT BAD, BUT THERE ARE WAY BETTER CHOICES. GO WITH WHEY AND CARBS...GOOD CLEAN CARBS!

-EITHER OR RIGHT? BOTH ARE GREAT CHOICES. IF YOUR CUTTING, ID GO WITH PROTEIN/FAT MEALS HERE

-GO WITH COTTAGE CHEESE AND NUTS. DITCH THE YOGURT AT THIS TIME
