View Full Version : Tuna.....and stuff

I'm a college student, and I can't really cook anything in my dorm room.....so I'm trying to find ways to get protein that don't involve like cooking something. How much tuna do you all go through a day? I got protein powder too, and that's easy to mix with milk......do you have any other ideas about other foods I could try loaded with protein?

cottage cheese, egg whites (i use papetti brand...i just mix in with a shake and drink, no need to cook them)

the protein powder is good for after workouts (get dex to mix with it)...if you are going to eat before bed (which you should be) I would eat cottage cheese, it is a slow digesting protein.
