when watching calories which one is counted and whats the difference.

not much exept fat is way more calorie dense so it is easy to over eat

What fat 9 cal of what and protein 4 cal of what.... per gram per pound, thats not even true if it was gram for gram.

actually carbs are also 4 cals per gram.

so its fat- 9 cals per gram
alcohol- 7 cals per gram (i think youre right on this one but i dont know for sure)
carbs- 4 cals per gram
protein- 4 cals per gram

A calorie is a unit of energy. There aren't 2 kinds of calories.


What fat 9 cal of what and protein 4 cal of what.... per gram per pound, thats not even true if it was gram for gram.

It's not measured by weight, and I don't know what your asking besides that.

Yes its 9 cal per gram of fat, 4 cal per gram of carbs and protein.

But each is metabolized different it takes roughly 3% of cal consumed for the body to process and utulize the carbs and 30% of cals with protein, so a calorie isnt a calorie. This all plays into how to munipulate the body in storing less bodyfat while slaming large amounts of food.
