View Full Version : Time 2 Cut...need Help!!

Ok I have been lifting weights and been trying to pack on some much needed muscles since September of last year. Now I think its time to start shedding some of the unwanted fat around my stomach area...so I can get the most wanted six-pack. What is the best way to cut the fat, but WITHOUT losing the muscles? Should I just cut out the carbs and stick to eating just the meat and veggies? I need help!!!!

I always recommend carb cycling, so here is the thread......

IMO, it is the best way to cut because it is easier to follow, and you maintain a good amount of muscle, while still having energy in the gym.
