okay well i was looking all over bb.com forums and i couldn't find a meal plan thread.ever get sick of the same diet everyday,i did and i wanted to switch it up a bit.soo everone just list wat your meal plan is and before you no it there will be like 20 different meal plans that we can all switch around and not be bored with our diets.

heres mine:

Meal One - 4-egg whites 2 yokes, whol-grain toast, fruit, glass of milk
Meal 2 - chicken, 1-2 vegetables,
Meal 3 - chicken, 1-2 vegetables, brown rice, milk
Meal 4 (pre-workout) - creatine + banana + whole grain bread
meal 5 -post wo-protein shake and a bagel
Meal 5 - chicken/steak, vegetables/fruit, rice, 2 glasses of milk
im usually hungry so i have some tuna.

would only recomned this for some1 that isnt very strict , example day is:

Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, toast , turkey , 2 slices bacon
Meal 2 - 2 turkey sandwhiches on wholewheat
Meal 3 - pre workout fruit, creatine, greens +
Meal 4 - post workout Whey shake with fruit
Meal 5 - whatever my dad makes - pasta, chicken, etc with veggies
Meal 6 - shake or eggs or cereal

throughout the day i throw in a a bagel or some beef jerkey as a snack somewhere
