hey guys...i knw suger makes u fat...this is the suger consumption that i am on...


a banana with my oats in the morning
and a bana post workout...


is the banana a good source of suger...and will it by any chance increase the fat in me in the long run,.,?

I would add some protein to your morning meal. Bananas are mostly fructose, not sucrose so with 2 bananas a day you should be fine.
