read the ingredients and you'll find out. most of that type of food is all crap, so i'd stay away.

Most things that come in a can are bad...especially if it has more then two ingrediants..example of good food in a can...ingrediants..tuna and water. bad tuna water and anything else.

Yeah it sucks. Anyway, being in college you ought to have plenty of time to make healthy foods.

Depending on the program he is in, usually people in college have less time to make healthy foods.

Nope, sorry to break it to you. But the amound of free time you have in college comes in third over the course of your life.

Here is my order:
1. 0-5 years old
2. Retired
3. College
4. Elementry School
5. High School
6. Working
7. Working and family

Sorry, I only worked 30 hours a week and played college athletics (but I counted this as "free time"). I rarely went to classes, maybe that's why it seems so easy...

The multi vitamin mention made it worth the bump.

Is the Chef "bad for you?" He, like this thread, died many years ago, so he's no longer much of a threat to anyone.
