2-3 eggs, or however many you usually eat
1 ounce cream cheese
spices to taste, I used salt, pepper, parsley, dill, onion powder, and garlic powder

While omelet is cooking, mix the herbs with the cream cheese. When omelet is ready dump cream cheese on top and fold it together. Let sit on a low heat for 2-3 minutes while the cream cheese melts. It comes out tasting really rich.

I could eat eggs for almost every meal, but this tastes really different from how I'm used to eating them. A good change.
