I don't have a lot of time to stay home and cook stuff so I was wondering if there is something that I can make before hand and take it and run without it spoiling. Thanks and pitiful reps for good answers.

Raw almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans.

Fill a small container with peanut butter or tahini, and eat with celery sticks.

Hard boiled eggs.

Tins of sardines, salmon or tuna. Add mayo if necessary.

Biltong or beef jerky.

99% chocolate.

I have in the last month managed to find out most of what's been listed here. I had pretty much forgotten about this thread, thanks for answers, if a month late.
