View Full Version : Feeling sick before and after meals!

Basically I need bad help! I have been eating strict as far as eating lots! And training hard to the max. After workout and in the morning is the worst, I just feel like **** and never want to eat but I have to anyways so I end up feeling real sick. My diet is posted below, can anyone help me? Is it my protein shakes or what? Please help! Is there anything I can buy to make me feel better and not feel sick?

Meal 1: 5 egg omelet with ham and cheese, 2 cups milk, 2 pieces whole wheat bread, 1 orange

Meal 2: 40g protein shake, 1 banana

Meal 3: 2 whole wheat bun sandwiches with mortadella, salami, cheese and lettuce, 2 cups milk

Meal 4: 6-8 oz of chicken/steak/etc, 1 cups brown rice/2 potatoes/2 cups pasta

Meal 5: Immediate 40g protein shake after training

Meal 6: An hour after workout.. 6-8 oz of chicken/steak or any protein source, 1 cups brown rice/2 potatoes/2 cups pasta

Meal 7: 1 cup cottage cheese, 40g protein shake in milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter
