DIET

Today is my last day at home. I took this opportunity to enjoy my mother?s cooking for one last time. I indulged myself in a surplus of food and basically pigged out. I?m using today as my refeed/cheat day. Since most of the food is Chinese it is nearly impossible to get it in my nutrition calculator. I?ll just list the food here with estimates.

Breakfast = 830 Calories

* 2 Cups of Skim Milk - 180 Calories
* Red Bean Pie [Like a large flat pastry with red bean paste inside, aka most delicious thing in the world] - 300 Calories
* 8 Small Mantou or Chinese Steamed Bun [Meatballs wrapped in some type of dough, extra awesome] - 350 Calories
* Multi Vitamin
* Fish Oil

Snack = 120 Calories

* Large Banana - 120 Calories

Lunch = 700 Calories

* 14 Sushi Rolls [Unagi, Seaweed Wrap, and Avocado on rice, one of my favorites] - 700 Calories

Snack = 140 Calories

* .25 Cups of Roasted Almond Slices - 140 Calories

Dinner = 1310 Calories

* 2 Cups of Almond Chicken Dish [Healthy and one of the most amazing foods] - 630 Calories
o 1/2 Cup of Almond - 280 Calories
o 3/2 Cup of Chicken Breast - 350 Calories

* 1/2 Cup of Mushroom/Bamboo Shoot Dish [Extremely healthy and good] - 50 Calories

Damn. Huge cheat day.

Total Calories = 3200

Now that is what I call a good day of eats. I am so stuffed as I type this, I can?t eat anything more. I?m skipping my pre-bed snack or else I?d burst?

I lied!

Pre-Bed Snack = 140 Calories

* 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese + 1 TBSP of Jelly Jam = 140 Calories

REAL Total Calories = 3340

This number feels insane since my normal daily consumption is in the 2000 calorie range. o.o

It was amazing. My mom is a great cook, it is pretty hard only eating a small portion of her food each day. Since it is my last day in the house for a long time, might as well indulge on food I won't be near for months to come.

After today, it is back to tasteless chicken, cottage cheese and oatmeal. Kinda sucks but at least I'll have these memories.

My stomach is about to explode right now. Shouldn't of had that half cup of cottage cheese but I just wanted it sooo badly lol.

Haha well my mother cooks very healthy food that is very nutrient dense. Its a bit different than your cheats. A good home cooked meal is more satisfying than any restaurant/fastfood joint for me.

i too prefer home cooked meals compared to eating out...

That almond chicken dish looks amazing!!

Although those 6 pork wraps can't only be 300 calories? they take up the whole plate :D

Hmm..

Lol, no kidding. I had almost double that today and its just another day. I can easily justify eating so much, I just got back from a 14+ hour shift : /

OK FOLKS, HERE IS MY CHEAT MEAL THAT I WILL DO ONCE A MONTH TO STIMULATE MY SLOW METABOLISM

pretty cool, well i have a slow metabolism so i cannot eat a lot. But i managed to do 1 cheat-meal, once a month to jumpstart my metabolism. I will do this cheat meal once a month, the last day of every month, 30th or 31st, and it will be like this:

16 oz of baked chicken: 700 calories
2 mexican flour tortillas

A soy-protein pancake with cream-cheese:

1 cup of white flour: 400
2 scoops of soy protein: 200
1 cup of egg beaters: 100
1/2 cup of milk 50
1 teaspoon of baking powder 0
1/2 cup of water 0
20 packets of equal sugar 0
salt 0
vanilla 0

Mix all ingredients real well, add water if u like
300 calories of filadelfia cream cheese 300

Total calories:

Chicken and 3 tortillas 1000
sweet soy protein, eggbeaters pancake with cream cheese: 1000

Total number of calories for that cheat meal: 2000

I will do this once a month, every 31 or 30 of every month
