My girl friend wants to go on a good diet which she can eat almost anything and lose a little fat and i really dont know alot of good woman diets really what she is looking for is a good healthy body to go to the prom with so she looks smashing in her dress.

Hahaha, this is the EXACT reason why I lost like 85 pounds.

Then I ended up not going to the Prom.


She can lose 5-10 pounds in a week for 1-2 nights. It's not hard.

Low Carb + Cardio + Sauna + Calorie Dense foods for 3-4 days = 5-10lbs lighter.

If you want a healthy diet, look around, there are a lot of them.
