1 cup cooked oats + 1/2 cup ff CC + splenda + cinnamon = creamy and delicious! You can't really taste the CC but it's so sweet and thick, like it was made with heavy cream.

are you suppose to blend them together with a blender or something? Because i just added peanut butter into the cottage cheese, an its gross man.

I normally eat the cc by itself or I would eat peanut butter first (raw). Then while chewing the pb, I start adding cottage cheese.

I remember not being able to tolerate the fat free wal-mart version of cc, and now I think it's delicious. It just grew on me indirectly somehow I guess.

Cool site! I always have to mix my cc with something...if I eat it alone I can't digest it well, I have a mild case of lactose intolerance :p The bananas and cinnamon looks really good.

I can actually eat cottage cheese bland, I strangely enjoy it bland too. But I feel adding some cocoa/cinnamon can't hurt =).

Right now I bought this REALLY nasty 5 pound tub of cottage cheese from Sam's. It is very sour and is just foul. I have to mix stuff with it, it truly is gross. But saving money is more important I guess =(

put natty pb in a bowl, melt it in the microwave for like 20-30 seconds, put 1 cup of FF cottage cheese in the bowl and mix with the pb add a tsp of ground cinnamon or a tsp of splenda....golden. sometimes i throw a cut up apple in as well.

stick in freezer. remove when semi-firm. add few tbsps almond milk or soy milk*. mash with fork to ricotta-consistency. stir in crushed blueberries.

like ice cream-ish pudding

*- i do this to get different nutrients than if i just used milk (as i'm already using a milk product)

My recipe:

Add spoon to a container of CC with pineapple.

Enjoy!

Plain CC though...well, I *could* eat it plain, but it's much better when mixed with something, which is why I always get the CC with pineapple.

Takes a bit more skill, but try it:
Cheesy Omelette

3Egg whites, 1 yolk - beaten
2-3 Tblspoons of CC
Salt, Pepper, any other spice (I use some chives)
Anything else u want (chicken bits, tuna, onion etc)

Heat the pan with a few drops of olive oil spread around with kitchen roll/towel.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and heat on medium for 5mins
Spoon CC into middle of omelette and season to taste
Fold over the omelette and press down lightly on the omelette, leave for 2mins
Flip over and leave for 2-4mins until CC melts a bit.
EAT. :)

Plain, but I have to use water to get it down.
