I've been pretty loose about selections in the past, taking some relative newbies and first time loggers along with some of the forum vets, so don't hesitate to throw your name in if you think you can do a good job. Please post here in the thread and do not PM me unless you have specific questions about the product.

Testers will be selected Sunday afternoon and I realize it's the holidays and some of you don't train daily or have family obligations out of town, but it would be ideal if logs were to begin before January 1st.

Couldn't start for a month but here's my info:

Age:18 -- turn 19 on Dec. 18

Sex:Male

Height:5'10"

Weight:171

Bodytype:2/3 Ecto, 1/3 Meso

Training experience:Around 3 years in all. Have had diet and training really nailed down for the last year. Have finally found what works for me (have gone from 145 to 171 in about 4-5 months).

Training Schedule/Protocol:I train DC style M/W/F. Basically an upper/lower split.
Upper=chest, schoulders, triceps, back width and thickness.
Lower=biceps, forearms, calves, hams, quads.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol:I do cardio 3x a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Cardio consists of 45 minutes on the treadmill at 4.0 MPH on an incline (increases every 5 minutes). This kind of cardio has worked wonders for me.

Current supplements:All They Whey protein, CEE-Pro (don't worry-I didn't buy a MuscleTech product. It was free from this very board).

Current Diet:Around 3500-4000 calories. I only eat clean calories, which makes this number of calories hard for me. I take in at least 300g of protein every day, and aim for 350g on training days. Carbs are in the range of 250-550g per day (again, training days are high carb). Fat intake is moderate, and from good sources such as EFAs. Breakfast is my biggest meal of the day, and usually consists of 4 plates of eggs, 2 cups of coffee, and one bowl of cheerios. I religiously cut carbs off at 6pm. Combine this with my early morning cardio, and you have a good plan for fat loss.

Short Term Goal:Lose the small amount of lower abdominal fat I have and lean out a little. **I would love to see how LipidFX would work on a lean bulk. Combined with carb cutoffs and cardio I bet i would be able to gain weight and not fat.**

Long Term Goal:Consistently gaining LBM and strength are my goals for as long as i shall live.

Prescription/Recreational drugs:None.

I am educated and do understand the importance of completing a detailed log for DS and the bb.com community. I will look at this critically and not over exagerrate gains or no gains.
I have used many different CEE supps in the past, as well as creatine mono, however I do not respond well to mono, but do respond well to CEE.

Training: I've been lifting since I was 15. Started out as a skinny sophomore (~135lbs) in high school trying to get bigger for football. By my senior year I was 190lbs. While in college I've been trying to gain using the mythical 'lean bulk' but pharmacy school is not to kind to a normal schedule. I've managed to put on 10 lbs of LBM in the last 3 years. Not bad but I certainly could do better.

Training Schedule: I do what I've termed a running 3 day split. Due to my crazy school schedule I don't have set days to workout every week so I go as many times as possible in a week up to 6 times. My split is chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs/core, repeat. I'll do the workouts up to twice a week each. Normally in a 3 week period I'll hit each workout 4 times. If this is confusing I can write out my entire schedule.

Injuries: Wow, I've had a lot of them. Severe tendonitis in my left knee, torn cartilage in my left wrist, partially torn right rotator cuff, and most recently a severely herniated disc (L5-S1) in my lower back this past summer.

Diet: Chicken, Beef, Pasta, Oats, Rice, Milk, Cottage Cheese. That's about it. I shoot for ~300 g protein, 400g carbs and 90g fat per day.

Supplements: Currently all I take is whey protein, fish oil, multivitamin/mineral and antioxidants. Havent used creatine since last May (when I hurt my back).

Drug use: None, unless you count alcohol. I go to the bars during the weekends to throw a few back and shoot some pool. Nothing excessive.

PH/AAS use: None

Goals: I'd like to put on about 10-15 pounds before summer. I was up to 210 last winter and lost most of my gains due to my back injury.

Long term goal: 225+ w/ less than 10% bodyfat.

Past Creatine Use: Cell-Tech (I was young and stupid), Phosphagen HP, Phosphagen XT, San V12, Swole v2, BSN No-Xplode, BSN Cellmass, Bulk CEE, and Straight Mono. I also have used MRI NO2, BSN Nitrix, MAN Body Octane, and Syntrax Nitrous.

I've never done a log on bb.com, but I keep a very detailed training notebook so I think I'd be a very good tester. I currently go to school at Ohio Northern University in the (not so) great town of Ada, Uhockey you probably have heard of us since you're from the area. My girlfriend has a camera so I could convince her to get some pics for the log(even though I'll get made fun of). Thanks for your consideration.

I've been training for 5 years. Diet and training are in check. Currently starting up MAX-OT again. I actually just got certified as a personal trainer, so I have alot of muscle/exercise skills. Short term goals is to finish bulking to 195+ till January 1, then do a short cut for a month back to 190, cause I have a photo shoot Jan 17.

Long term goal is to get to a lean 200lbs (7% bf or less) and keep my weight there while improving on strength and stamina.

I am not currently taking any Creatine but have been doing research and was thinking of starting in the next week.

Diet: around the 4,000-4,500 calorie range sticking to very clean foods such as lean meats, tuna, chicken, oats, brown rice, whole wheat breads and pastas, cottage cheese, ect.
Training: 4 day split-Tris and shoulders on day 1, bi's and back on day 2, chest and forearms on on day 3 and legs on day 4
Been training about 2 years now very seriously and am hoping to bulk up to 215 before i cut down. Long term goal is to be in the 205-210 range with about 10% bf or maybe a little less.
Current Supps: multi, fish oil, whey
Creatines ive previously taken: vita sport kre alk, bulk cee, omega thunder, higher power monohydrate. i dont really respond to mono but ive seen good strength gains with kre alk as well as cee
Ive never ran any logs and wanted to run one on Green Bulge but never ended up buying the stuff.
NO supps ive taken: BSN nitrix and white blood, saw good results from both with solid lasting pumps.

Creatine products used: Literally dozens including AST Micronized, Prolab, CL Green Bulge, Burst V2, Celltech, MHP's TRAC, Universal Storm, just to name a few.

Current goals...short term: bulking to reach 200 lbs with minimal fat gains. Also would like to increase my max bench currently at 345 to 360 or so.

Current goals...long term: begin cutting after I reach my 200lb goal, hopefully by late winter or early spring. Then I want to work on endurance and conditioning.

Diet: Right now since Im bulking I'm trying to eat as much as possible. Muscle Milk and Nectar are my primary sources of protein. I also eat lots of rice, oats, chicken, potatoes, and whatever else I can fit. I've been shooting for 3000 calories per day but I haven't quite had the appetite to get there.

Training: I try and workout 5 days per week. Sometimes I may workout 4 days strait and take 3 days off, it all depends on work schedule. I also hit each bodypart once per week on average, though I have been negleting abs lately.

Training experience: Since i was 15. Got started up by friends in my local gym. I was the small kid of the bunch and i worked my ass off for all these years so i could be proud of my self and show these guys i had what it takes. Im now the largest of the bunch.

Training Schedule/Protocol: I lift on monday, tuesday , wednesday, friday, saturday.

Monday- chest ( i have always believed chest should own its own day.)
tuesday - Full Back, Traps
wednesday - Bi's and tri's :)
thursday - most of the time Cardio ( i like my jump rope and treadmill )
Friday - Legs ( My favorit out of the bunch )
Saturday - Others i feel i should work on. might do lower back.
sunday - spend time with my kids day. so much fun!

Current Diet:Around 2500-3000 calories a day. I count about evary calorie i eat. I get called weird all the time because of it. I dont want to go into a large about of depth because i eat a variety of foods a day. I like to feed my body diffrent proteins and give it new things to live off of. Its works very well for me. Dont take me wrong, i still chuck tons of whey protein in my body every single day. I count my protein intake about 1 to 1.5 grams of protein a day.
believe me, i know how to take care of my body when it comes to what foods to eat. Say no to junk food!


Long Term Goal: Well, im almost 40 so i dont have much longer to grow. Maybe 15 years if im lucky. I want to help people now and become a coach at our local school for the lifting team.

Prescription/Recreational drugs: None.

Training experience:Training since summer of '01 so I guess thats more than 4 years. Started off at 139 got as high as 233. First maybe 2 years didnt really understand nutrition or proper training technique I think Im pretty good now and both though.

Tuesday:cardio/chest
Wednesday:back
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Delts
Saturday:arms/cardio

Current Diet:right now around 3000 calories. First meal is shake/oats, then rest of the day other than post workout and night is whole foods. At least one serving of chicken breast a day, same with cottage cheese, usually tuna or turkey breast on ezekial. All these except the last are eaten with either brown rice, yams or oats and veggies.
Short Term Goal:cut back down to the point where my lower abs will show but doing it slowly in order to preserve as much muscle as possible.
Long Term Goal: Hard for me to know but I guess around 245 at below 8% I really dont know exact numbers of what I want to be.
Prescription/Recreational drugs:None. I do drink and if I were selected Id try not to drink but tha can be difficult at my age and with winter break looming. I dont drink often though but on new yars i definetly will be.
Supplement history: ergomax, 1ad, cee pro, thunder, greenbulge, San OX, Hp cee, taurine, xtend, rebound Xt, nolva, Tribulus. slin, mono, aakg and various proteins.

I would definately sign up, except for the fact that I'll be starting a lipidfx/sesamin combo withing the next week or so( currently cutting). Otherwise i'd be all over this. Unless of course you might like someone to test it under these circumstances, and don't mind shipping all the way to the great white north (canada) :rolleyes::D

Heck, I'll throw my hat in.

Age: 34
Stats: 5'9" / 150 / ~11-12%

Have lifted on and off (more off) for years, with limited effectiveness. Beginning Jan. 1 will be my first regimented bulk with a proper diet and training protocol. Goal is to put on 20lbs LBM in 2006, ending the year at 170/12%.

Currently logging (through Dec. 20) Melting Point + SesaThin + HEAT. Log complete with obsessive-compulsive detail at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=632074.

I will be training completely unsupplemented through Jan. 14 to establish a proper baseline and bring my diet to the right level after my six-month cut and the holidays. I have been planning to add CM (to which I know I respond) or CEE beginning the week of Jan. 15, with no other performance supplements for the following four weeks.

Currently planning, subject to some adjustment, 2800 cals/day, roughly 50-30-20 (c/p/f) based on empirical estimate of my AMR at around 2300-2400.

Training program is a medium volume/semi-hardgainer program from one of iron addict's articles.

I was a four year varsity starter for baseball and football while in high school. Also, during this time I competed nationally in Tae Kwon Do junior sparring and forms tournaments. All wieghtlifting was to benefit my athletic performance in these areas.

Present Goals:

Currently bulking for a possible NAFBB competition this coming May. I am on a strict hypercaloric diet and training regimine geared towards bodybuilding. I will be starting my cutting diet in mid February depending how much I need to cut.

Future Goals:

To obtain WNBF Pro Status and to maintain a healthy natural bodybuilding lifestyle.

Current Diet/ Supplement Regimine:

My diet has been pretty strict even though I am currently bulking. I usually eat 7-8 meals a day which are well planned and measured out. Here is a sample of my daily diet:

My rep scheme depends on how heavy I am going. I always warm-up well and usually do a light feeler set for evert exercise.

I am currently on a PCT and I wouldn't be worth your time testing this till February 1st. I am interested in trying this product as I have had good experiences with the AEX/CEX combo and am currently using the White Blood/ Omega Thunder combo during my PCT and having vein bursting awesome results. I would have done a log, but I felt that too many things are going on with it being a PCT to give an honest review that wouldn't be impacted by my hormonal state. What I would like to know is, do you think this compares well to Clout? When I read the write-up on it, it kind of reminds me of that. Am I way off or do you think it is in the same category?

I've been training for 9 months or so. Never missed a day of training and would love to test and do a daily log of your product.I try the best that I can to keep my diet in check but if I test this product I will do a strict diet to try to to obtain maxinum results.

Hello, I could'nt pass up applying for this opportunity...the product sounds pretty solid. I've been training seriously for about 1.5 years. I was off and on for about 3 before that.

Past goals: Weight loss! I dropped from 210 to 155 due to some hardcore dieting and training.
Present goals: I am currently putting alot of emphasis on my back. It seems to be the hardest part of my body to bulk. I am in my bulk phase til about march.
Future Goals: Maintain a very stable diet and reach 215 @ 10% bf. Right now i am at 182 at 14%.

My diet consists of Chicken, tuna, turkey, oats, a lot of bro****, apples, bananas, shakes, rice, and the occasional red meat.

I have not done a log on this board yet. The only log i have performed have been for my biology thesis, and my own personal use here at home.

I have experience with CEE products. I've done 2 cycles of Thunder, 1 of Ce2x, and 1 of GB...not mentioning the monohydrate products i have also used in the past. I love CEE, and i dont feel the same without it during my workouts. I train hard, eat hard, and id love to give this product a try. I'm very good at organizing my own logs here at home, and i know i can do the same here.

Training Experiences Started training in february 2004 so it's been almost 2 years. Started at 119,5 pounds at same height so i made pretty good progress. Training 4 times a week, . Don't even take a drop of alcohol anymore (Drugs neither) I always loved to learn so i read a lot about the subject so I could now say i'm ''somehow'' knowledgeable for my age. I sill have a strong desire to learn about the subject.

Current Strength Training / Cardio Regimens For now, i don't do any cardio since i'm on a bulking cycle. As for strength training, I'm mainly concentrating on getting my big lifts numbers up so I'M going powerlifting style. Low reps (4-6) most of the time on heavy compounds movements.

Current Supplements / Diet Currently taking multi, whey, now arginine/ornithine stack and Higher power cee.

As for diet, since i'm bulking and I am currently 200 pounds I'm aiming for at least 5000 cals a day but I'm often over it. I'm also eating as clean as possible. Getting my protein from red lean meat, whey, eggs, milk. Carbs from bread, oats, potatoes and pasta. Fats mainly come from sunflower oil.
Current macronutrients ratio is about 30/50/20 so I'm getting over 400 g of proteins a day. It costs me a lot of money being in college but it's worth it :D. So overall diet is pretty solid and is 100% constant. Almost always the same thing , consistency is the key. IT'S ALL ABOUT PERSISTANCE,CONSISTENCY AND PERSISTANCE...

Backround: It all started back when i was a small, skinny kid of the age 15. 120 pounds of lean mass. Everyone was bigger than me and i wanted to do something about it. My football coach suggested that i start weight training so i started a full body workout 3 times a week. As my interest in lifting grew i stumbled upon the lifestyle of bodybuilding.

I joined a few bodybuilding forums like bb.com and Nic************ to gain more information on bodybuilding. Very Soon i thrust myself into it with a decent diet and routine. The best routine so far i have found for me is a 5 day split. So i have been lifting for around 3 years now with an 8 month break for football. I am just now starting my routine back.

Suppliment History: I started out with EAS Creatine Monohydrate in early 2004, i noticed bloating and thats just about it. I continued using it until CEE came out. I tried some CEE along with NO2 and had some decent results.

Those suppliments bumped me up to around 145 pounds, Then i started lifting for football. I drank GNC protein shakes and used my CEE again and ultimetly bumped up to 185. During that time i experimented with numberous products like Fitzogens Blitz Cycle (crap), Cell-Tech (really crap), and X-factor (didnt like it).

After 2-adays i lost my weight all the down to 157....and im comming off an X-factor cycle.

Lol this thread catched me back :p...Don't worry about the title it's just that I wanted to try their products (As I would highly like to try/recommend any DS supplements). I just posted what I ordered . But If you think my review would be biased (even if I have no affiliation with CL)...I never really pimped CL beside that...

About the thing comparing both, I just thought you would like it to have a comparaison with one of the most recommended product at the moment. Just meant to be helpful. I could try one or the others first, or if you don't want, I wouldn't compare the two ;)

While he might be objective in such a review, you can't blame Mike for doubting the fairness of a comparison due to PYF's overbearing enthusiasm toward CL.

I don't want this to come off wrong, but to me that would show me theres a weakness in a ocmpany. If they don't have beliefe in their products, and don't believe they are top of the line and better than the majority of other companies why would I buy them. None the less, PYF is very professional, and I am sure he would never give a bias review.

No, I would actually start with Xceed, better sooner for DS ;)

IMO, it's 2 creatines products, so it doesn't change a lot the one I try first. In that case, it would be better that I start with Xceed first.If Uhockey doesn't want, I will not compare them...I just offered that

For the past couple of months I have been cutting. I am still cutting now but focusing more on a steady and slow cut where I can concentrate more on strength and muscle mass rather than losing fat. My training consist of 4 days a week of lifting and starting back up Jan 1st, I will be doing cardio at least twice a week. My diet is clean for the most part aside from my sweet tooth taking over occasionally. I have just terminated a Red Acid log as I was having issues with one/some of the ingredients in the product. In the past I've done an Activate + Rebound log as well as a Melting Point Log. I would really love to try this product as I've loved every single product that DS has put out, despite negative side effects. Unforuntately, I have never been selected as a tester and hopefully this will be the one.

Although I love DS, that makes no difference to how the setup of my critique goes. I tell the truth and nothing but the truth, even if it pisses people off. If you have a product that works, I will let you know, and I think this is most valuable when running a log. Also, I can take pics and get measurements done on request. Furthermore, I love lifting, its what makes me feel good, what I feel demands urgency, andmakes life better. Good luck in chosing the best testers Mike, I'm sure this is no exception to your great line up of performance supplements.

Actually, we're still waiting on confirmation on this, but rumor has it that there is no Aspartame in the current product......more news to follow pending Rob's investigation.

I have no objection to aspartame myself, but with the rep it has you'd think supplement companies would pretty much stay away from it at this point.

That was my thought as well. I can't comment too much, but I'm going to get Rob to comment if possible ASAP. The thought right now is that it's JUST Sucralose and Ace-K, but the bottle got mislabeled somehow.

Mike is absolutely right.

The delay on XCEED was because of the sucralose because there wasn't going to be aspartame in the product, but for some reason, one of the older ingredient profiles was put on the label.

The labels will be changed for all future runs of XCEED in any flavour.
