Let me know how this looks...

Meal 1 - 2 cups oatmeal/16oz skim milk/amino tabs

Meal 2 - Turkey on wheat/Mixed Nuts/2 Apples

Meal 3 - 2 cups oatmeal/4 slices turkey/amino tabs

Post - 90-100g Carbs (Grape Juice)/50g Whey/10g Glutamine

Meal 4 - 2 cups oatmeal/4 slices turkey/amino tabs

Meal 5 - Chicken Breast/2 apples/2 slices wheat/Mixed Nuts

Meal 6 - 1 1/2 Cups Cottage Cheese/Mixed Nuts/10g Glutamine

Stats:

Height: 5'6" or 5'7"
Weight: 155 maybe (no scale around)
Bodyfat: 10% or so

What do you all think of this diet? Please feel free to critique. Most of you might think I'm missing important veggies, but those are hard to come by here. I sometimes manage to have an occasional salad when I feel like walking 20 minutes away just to purchase one.

Bro you need some eggs in the morning and instead of the turkey slices maybe a can of tuna in one of those meals,

Protien powder would do good in a couple of those meals,

100% optimum whey (77 servings $30)

LOVIN THE OATMEAL BRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your right about the veggies just get the canned ones if you can, and forget the salad youll burn more cals going to get it than its worth, (sounding hypocritical) Man i cant eat a whole food meal without a salad, but if you have to do too much work to get it forget it...

Thanks! Maybe I'll throw in about 30g of Whey in the morning with the oatmeal. Damn I love my oatmeal, that's for sure. As for the veggies, I don't think the convenient store at my dorm sells canned veggies, but I'll have to check. I know they have tuna, and I usually get some, but I forgot to add that on my list.

I think my calories are close to 4000 on the days that I lift. On my off days they should be around 3300-3500 since I'm not having my post shake which is around 500 calories itself. This sound good or what?

its good but you still need the cals to grow even when you dont lift. so stay eating, and try to get the veggies, just sub real food for the cals in the shake and change up the carb sources,

Keep on the Oatmeal though and the whey mixed in sounds good but for breakfast try and get some eggs.........

wildman-

Are you bulking? If so how much do you weigh? Also, you said keep my calories up on off days. Well, if I'm consuming up to 3500 on my off days, that's clearly enough calories to build muscle as well. That's like 22.6 X My bodyweight. 4000 is close to 26, and most people on these boards recommend 20 or so.

Bulking in college is definately rough due to busy schedule and lack of transportation. My campus is huge and I don't have my car here. :(
