This is my bulking diet, I am 19,6ft 3 and my metabolism is pretty high i reckon.I would just like to know if the gains from my bulking diet will be mainly fat or lean mass.Am i eating to much or not enough.any ideas.

MEAL 1: 5 weet-a-bix (approx 361 calories) and 1 serving of whey

MEAL 2: pasta and 1 can of tuna

MEAL 3: 1 cup of brown rice and 1/2 can of tuna

MEAL 4: pasta and chicken

MEAL 5: 1 cup of boiled rice and 1/2 can of tuna

MEAL 6: pasta and chicken

MEAL 7: 5 weet-a-bix and a serving of a complete protein

By the looks of it, it will be pretty lean, but dont expect a lot of weight or a huge muscle increase. Pasta, tuna and chicken and protein shakes isnt a very solid bulking diet. You need more beef, fish, milk, eggs, nuts, etc in there. Where are all your veggies and fruits also???

Iam saving up to do an anabol/megabol cyclr then more than likely some 1-ad.
