I have been trying for so long and still don't seem to be getting any slimmer. i am tryin to lose 60lbs . i would like to tone up and loose body fat most of it is deposited in the Abdominal and thigh region...I've bin told it is becuase i am sensitive to carbs and shud keep them very minimal.... All help is appreciated

Height - 5'10
Weight 100kg

6am HIIT Tredmill

7am Rolled oats with water and protein shake
5gm Glutamine
1 Multivitamin
2 lipo6x

10am Fish with brown rice (half cup)

1pm Jacket potatoe with tuna and salad
2 lipo 6x

3pm - large green apple

5pm Pre workout - Protein bar

6pm GYM - Wiehgts

7pm - Whey protein 35gm
5gm Glutamine

This is the diet i will follow but any other suggestions can be made???

Your diet needs more food. You are going to tank your basal metabolic rate if you eat that little.

Eat at least 10x bodyweight in POUNDS in calories, ie 2200 cals @ 100 kg.
