*taken off "500 low carb recipes cookbook"*


1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of water
2 Tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 or 2 tablespoons of Splenda
2 Tablespoons of vanilla flavored whey protein powder
tiny pinch of salt.

Over the lowest possible heat, combine the cream and water. When they're starting to get warm, add the cocoa, Splenda, protein powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined. Bring just barely to a simmer, and pour into cups.

Servings: 2, each with 10g of carbs with 2g of fiber making it out to be 8g of carbs per serving and 15g of protein.
