*Take from "500 low carb recipes cookbook"*

Ingredients:

3 raw eggs
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 of half and half
2 tablespoons of splenda
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
pinch of nutmeg

Directions:
Put the eggs, heavy cream, half and half, splenda, vanilla and salt in a blender and run it for 30 seconds or so. Pour into glasses, sprinkle a little nutmeg on top and drink up.

Servings: 2, each with 9g of carbs, 11g of protein.

can you just use 1 cup of heavy cream instead of the half & half?
