How do I figure out how many calories I need to be eating to lose weight? You know that healthy 2lbs a week they talk about. I'm 6' and 330 at the moment if that helps. Thanks in advance.

Check out this thread:

Read through the whole thing, believe me, it is worth it. Then use the calorie calculators (preferably the advanced calculator) to determine how many calories per day will work to maintain your current weight. Then, as the thread suggests, try to eat roughly 500 calories less than this per day. Anything more than this and you will likely lose muscle mass too. Keep the diet clean, and work out regularly. Do cardio and lift weights. The cardio will help burn the fat, and lifting will increase your LBM, which will in turn help burn fat (as well as allow you to up the calories). Good luck!
