I'm sure this has been asked before but I am planning on cutting from my bulk. Happy with the gains I have got and want to check out my proportions whilst very lean. Should I cut out my creatine supplement when dieting? My creatine supp has 75g of carbs and that's around the max I want to go for in a day. I'm planning on buying keto strips to make sure I don't go into ketosis but I want to stay just above that level. I also plan on taking in my usual 200gs of protein and lowering down to around 3000 calories a day while increasing my hiit. I figure with this diet I can shed pounds pretty fast while keeping strength and a lot of the muscle I have gained. Any tips at all would be greatly appreciated
