Hi
Does the number of calories matter on low carb, and no carb days? how about the amount of fat? I read on an article to keep fat to a minimum? is that on hi/low/no carb days all together? or just no carb days? if it means low fat all the time, and low/no carb on those days, then I think I'd be eating too much protein on no carb days? Also, how many grams of fat do you think I should take (186lbs ~14% cutting to 8%)
Can someone who's done this successfully help me?

Your calories should be higher than usual in HIGH carb days (Maybe 200-300?). Fats should be MINIMAL in HIGH carb days.

Your fats should be low-medium in LOW carb days.

Your fats should be medium in NO carb days.

Protein is always high :)
