Buffalo Chicken Strips

5 boneless/skinless chicken breast
2/3 cup hot sauce
1/2 cube of butter
2 tablespoons of chunky peanut butter
2 eggs

combine hotsauce and butter in a bowl cook on high for a min in microwave. then add peanut butter, stir until evenly distributed then stir in eggs. cut chicken into 2 inch wide strips. dip chicken into sauce and place on cookie sheet.Salt and pepper to taste, bake at 375 for 35-40 min. it make the best coating I like to dip them in ranch. I think what makes it really good is the PB and the eggs.

These were delicious. Used three big chicken breasts. About half the sauce was used precooking then the rest was used for dipping along with ranch after cooking. Pan was a BIOTCH to clean though, all the sauce that came off the chicken while cooking crusted and burned right to the pan.

I'm gonna go ahead and thaw out some chicken breasts and give this a try. I was starting to get tired of the same ol' grilled chicken.

I made these for dinner tonight.
Taste pretty good, looked aweful :)
I used too much butter and 1 egg would have been enough.

Anybody have the macros for this? I'm lazy and don't really want to figure it out until I actually need to enter it.

I made those a couple nights before. They taste good. can't really taste pb but it kinda adds some smooth texture to the coating. Thanks for the recipe.
