Is HITT cardio everyday bad? I dont see sprinters having any prosb!!

i know i should mix it up, but should i keep it to 3 times a week or everyday is fine?

id rather do 20 mins 1 min off 1 min off of HITT

than 45 mins walking

two things:

Sprinters have a high tolerance for this because its their lifestyle. that's what they do. secondly, you will be surprised to know that these sprinters don't do the same volume of weight training that we do. For example, one elite sprint coach says that the only thing his sprinters do is squat and military presses.

I do about the same each and every day at the gym.

But you have to remember that just like lifting weights if you do the same routine consistently over and over, your body will begin to adapt and accept that demand much easier. That is why you need to either up your intensity, change your interval times, or choose different cardio equipment altogether to shock your body.

Yeh

I might do 3 x power walking a week.... 45 minutes

3 x HITT - 2 of these 1 min on, 1 min off and 1 of these 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off

I dunno... the running machine also let's you move it so it's on a level... like going uphill!! hehe

:) my brother took the cycling machine the assshole :P can i swear? haha

do low intensity cardio 30-45 minutes on an empty stomach in the mornings and after each weight training session, do HIIT
