2 lbs pork roast (rib roast works well)
~ 5 cloves garlic (or more if you love garlic)
salt and pepper
other herbs (rosemary is good)

Rub roast with vinegar, then cut slots about 1" deep along the top where you would cut the roast when it's cooked (I usually make about 8 slots - 8 slices). Slice the garlic very thin, then stuff the slices into the slots in the roast. Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper, and anything else you like. Bake. It takes a while to cook through, 45-50 minutes, but it's worth it.
