Planning on starting keto soon, so I've been searching through my recipes, looking for all the keto-friendly ones.

2 lbs chicken cuts (breasts or thighs work well)
1.5 tbl spoons mustard
drop of honey (spread out over 2 lbs of chicken I didn't think this would be a problem, skip though if you want)
1/2-3/4 cup nuts (depends on how nutty you want it, pecans and walnuts work well, I use a mix)
2 tbl spoons butter
2 tbl spoons dried chives

Chop nuts very fine in a food processor, then add chives and butter and mix. Should be like a sticky powder when you're done. Mix mustard and honey and spread over chicken. Press nut mixture into chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake.
