i bought this pitta bread, was wondering wat u guys have to say about it. good for a cutting diet?

Pitta Bread ( wholemeal )

ingredients :

wholemeal flour , wheat flour , sugar , salt , milk powder , yeast , shortening , water

nutrition info per bread

Pita break is really good. Something like 75% carbs with decent protein. I use it to make wraps with chicken or whatever i find in the house.

And since there is all of 1g of total fat per serving that makes it almost non existant.

thats fine. i personally wouldnt eat them, but thats me. if i was to eat pita bread i would purchase ezekial pitas made w/sprouted grain. but if yu arent worried about that by all means they are fine. thats the one thing that sticks out to me, but its cool. chill.

tHE ONLY PITA BREAD I WOLD EAT IS JOSEPHS LO CARB HIGH PROTEIN...IT HAS 80 CALS ..15G PROTEIN....6 CARBS...DOSNT TASTE BAD EITHER..AND ONLY 80 CALS
