when trying to lose bodyfat should I emphasize cardio more than lifting?

a combination of the two is best. weights one day and cardio the next or you can try 20 or 30 minutes of moderate cardio after your weights but this can be a bit taxing on your nervous system but if your using an e.c.a. stack you should be fine. Richie

yeh it will also prevent overtraining youre self if youre an weightlifting addict like me
