hey guys, how would this be for me as a clean bulking diet
Im 18 5'5 130 lbs, my goals are to get to about 150 lbs lean after cutting back bodyfat
I think all the measurements are mostly bang on except the Dextrose and maltodext because I wasnt to sure how to calculate it just went by what I tought was close

2Whole Eggs, 4 Egg Whites
1 Cup Oatmeal, 1 Whole Apple

Snack-1@8:30 Am 462 20 35 26
2 Pieces W/W Bread
2 TBSP Natty PnutButr
1 oz Swiss Cheese

1 Can Tuna
2 Pieces W/W Bread
500 ML Skim Milk (2 cups)

Snack-2@2 Pm 680 24 70 37
2 oz Whole Almonds
1 Flaxseed Bagel

Snack-3@5 Pm 436 44.5 58 4
2 Scoops (36g) whey
Vector Cereal
250ML Skim Milk

Pre-Workout@6:30-7:30pm 360 31 59 4
Boneless Skinless Chicken (3oz)
1 cup Mixed veggies
35gs Maltodextrose

Post Workout@9-9:30pm 336 31 72 1
2 Scoops (36g) Whey
35gs Maltodextrose
35gs Dextrose Corn sugar

educated spelt 'edjucated' - lol, oh the irony :)

Anyhoo, I think your diet looks good. Id try replace the Whole-wheat bread at lunch with a better carb like pasta, rice etc. I have no idea what Vector cereal is. Whats the total nutritional value of your diet? i.e Calories/protein/carbs/fats.

I would change the bread out but Im workin alot right now so its pretty well gonna have to do,
my total intake is
