Hey i wonder if anyone uses this stuff for some extra protein without all the carbs in milk.

The nutritonal facts are

1 cup

45 calories.
O fat
3 carbs
3 sugar
8 protein

Never seen that milk before, it sounds good to me though.

i started buyin this stuff in the summer has a good taste w/ protein shakes.

the chocolate flavored tastes decent all by itself.....mix it with some chocolate flavored protein, and it's like a double-fudge protein shake!!

Layne (str8flexed) recommends it in one of his articles; I haven't personally looked into it, but given his scientific inclinations I'd assume this means he approves of all the ingredients, etc.

It seems a little expensive to me, though, when compared with regular milk. The nutritional profile looks good, though.

!!!! I used to do the same when I was cutting, OMG that stuff tasted sooo friggin great!!!
Doesn't have enough calories though now that I'm bulking :D

It used to be better before they reformulated it. It used to have 12 grams of protein per cup and 70 calories total. All they did was decrease the protein and kept everything else the same. It still tastes the same to me though, you just get less protein for your buck now.

Mootopia is better

It has 14 grams of protein per cup serving.
