Well I ate a lot of this before, but I found this one on another forum and thought it would be great.

"Taco" Salad

1lb ground beef
3 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp red pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup water
shredded lettuce
shedded cheese (taco, mexican, or cheddar)
sour cream or low carb ranch dressing

Cook ground beef in skillet until brown. In a separate cup, combine spices, salsa, and water. Stir into meat and cook on medium heat until most of the liquid in the mixture boils off.

Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce, topped with shredded cheese and sour cream or ranch dressing. Makes four servings.

get some low carb wraps aswell and make it a burrito.

Ive been having these, with either beef or chicken. Sour cream, hot sauce, cheese, lettuce and ive wanted to add salsa but wary of the carbs

I added an avocado dip to this, which gave it GREAT flavor!!!! You need:

2 avocados mashed
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. ranch dressing mix
1 tsp. lime juice

Trust me on this...DELISH!

Anyone have an alternative for the salsa as I don't want to have the tomatos

All of this stuff is just "options" really. Have what you want with it.

Hmm just remembered about this, might try this when I get back into my Keto phase. So I take it you mix all of this together to make guacamole eh?
